To echo @Lauren's comment, I've had my Reyland AP kit on for two and a half years now and probably done a about 10 track days since and about 25k road miles, without any concerning issues (I've had some debris scratch the disc's and hats & boiled brake fluid - but both will happen with any brake (OEM or BBK) setup). I'm still on my original AP disc's, which have lasted incredibly well, I'm sure if I ran a  more aggressive pad compound they'd get used up alot quicker. I also changed my brake pads around 9 months ago, purely to try a slightly different compound to the previous pads, Ferrodo's DS2500 as provided with the kit. The Ferrodo's still have a good amount of meat left on them and I'll be switching back to them in a couple of weeks for several upcoming track days.
The Reyland big brake kit has been my joint best mod to the car, with the exhaust manifold being the other.

    On related topic
I had KSports kit now for over 1.5yrs, 10k road miles, dozen or so track days (plus carlimits, pistonheads at Silverstone and even an action day). Used ECB Yellowstuff pads, now on Bluestuff.
After replacing pads before the last track day at Brands ended up with fairly noticeable vibration under heavy braking (particularly into the Paddock Hill bend from 115+ mph). Probably have not bedded pads properly so now a bit of pad material residue on the disks that does not come off (tried couple times on the m-way to re-bed), so the disks need to be skimmed.
The disks themselves show decent amount of wear, probably more than I would expect, but then I do overbrake so for others they could last longer. This said I expect they should last at least another year, which would take them to 15+k miles and about 20 track days in total.
I had a quick look at price for new 356mm disks  - Raylands (J-hook style) would do them for £295, MTEC replacement (grooved) will be £290, KSports original disks from GSM Performance (grooved) £387.
I also don't think pads prices are materially different, I have previously confirmed that the pad size is the same as for one of AP calipers and then doing quick google compare it was not that much of a difference. I did like Yellowstuff, although the way I drive they last about 6-7 track days, but they are quiet and very good from cold, not too dusty either. I am yet to form my opinion of Bluestuff but they are certainly better when hot, ok from cold, but dustier, and I expect they would be wearing disks faster as well.

I've had my AP four pots on with Reyland grooved discs and DS2500 pads on for over a year and a half now. Done nearly 30K miles on them, about five or six track days, about ten sprints. The pads still have a good amount of meat on them and the discs look hardly worn. Amazing really. Feels like they'll last forever, but reckon I'll get another 10K miles out of them pretty easily. I should add though that my pads tend to last a lot longer than average as I am pretty easy on the brakes. Obviously on track I do use them to their full capacity, especially so on sprints where every hundredth of a second counts, so there's no early braking at all. On the road I brake as little as possible, which probably helps me get great mileage out of them. On stock pads and discs I would get around 37K miles out of them.

I'd have a look at the speedo and make sure you can live with it as for me that would be the real deal breaker with the primo - the analogue display is almost entirely useless

This was before the Pro, which is a facelift spec. At the time, heated seats were a cost option on the regular car so they're not missing from the Primo. Originally all cars except Primo came with the spoiler, but from mid-2015 (MY16 cars, the last pre-facelift version) it was a no-cost option.
As per my other post, you could option the Primo in other colours.

I don't massivley know the history I purchased the car from BMW Arden Maidstone after part-exchanging my 6 Series it was an ex-demonstrator with 10,000 miles on the clock. I was torn between going for this or the facelift but am really happy I went with the 1st Generation
Thanks for the compliment the orange certainly gets a lot of attention! I was origanlly shopping for Pearl White but this colour works so well on the GT86

3d Carbon bought the complete kit design from 5 Axis / Five:AD. You can order the 3d Carbon version of the lip from FT86Speedfactory, here:

As for the car, it looks familiar but I also haven't seen it for a while.

IIRC they stopped making them.  They're probably the nicest lip spoiler available, the only downside is they don't cover the bootlid holes from the OEM spoiler, so for most early cars it was a reasonable amount of work if you wanted one.

The track day at Anglesey was great thanks! I found it more challenging than Castle Coombe and Thruxton.
The car travelled 350 miles to get there over 2 days, the only thing I noticed after the recall was that I had to top up the coolant level a couple of times, but it settled down before the track day.
Three of us thrashed the car non-stop all day, nearly running out of fuel twice, so we certainly tested the recall work as far as we could. So far so good...

We should all get off the OP's back.  I find my entire driving experience is ruined when I have to manually reach for the mirror dimmer.  For all that I love the way the car handles, the feedback it gives, the perfect control weights, Toyota blew the whole thing by forcing me to take my left hand off the wheel to dim the rear view mirror.  Now I can never drive my car at night, or when the sun is low.  😭
It reminds me of the time I had to kick Scarlett Johansson out of bed for farting.  I just couldn't look at her the same after that and we haven't spoken since.

I guess you’d have to keep to the windscreen side of the A pillar, so that you’re going behind the airbag all the way down. It doesn’t feel like the plastic moves much there so I reckon you’d have to remove it, or at least loosen it. I didn’t actually ask where my audio installer had tucked it but he would’ve had the plastic off anyway to fit the DAB aerial.

Here's a couple of photo's of my car from the day. There are a couple of close up of the Verus Engineering splitter with race upgrade kit and dry carbon end plates, as I've just noticed I haven't posted any close up's before.

Went down the Tuning Developments Friday. Mike and Nick did a great job of fitting the UEL tuning package. Unfortunatly my car had a Miltek system on it and it was cracked when they checked it so I also went for one of there own super resonated systems.
Car feels so much more responsive now and really wants to fly through the rev range without hesitation. The burble is addictive and really brings out the charactor of the car. Im glad I went for super res system as I wouldnt have enjoyed it any louder.
Whilst at TD I had some 25mm Tein lowering springs fit and the shifter springs.
Yesterday before Japfest I fit my Wedssport TC105x 17" wheels. The things are stupidly light (6.7kg 8" and 7.1kg 9"). I had a set of PS4 tyres fit after reading all the reviews.
    Heres how she looks now:

Going forward I have spoiler raisers and black badges on order. I feel the car needs coilovers to sit right on the 17" wheels. Im also really tempted by the TD turbo kit 🙈

Turns out that modifying houses is even more expensive than modifying cars, so after messing about for a year, I decided to get my priorities right and treated her to some rims as a reward for being so well behaved (touch wood) since the recall work as done. She seems to be running very sweetly indeed since being taken to bits and put back together again. Long may it continue. Anyway, back to the mods, big thanks to @Adrian@TORQEN for sorting me out with some rims. I did come extremely close to pulling the trigger on some TE37s but couldn't get the precise fitment I wanted, so decided to save a few quid on some Enkeis and uphold the tradition of WR Blue with Gold. Very pleased with the look. Perhaps still sitting bit high, but I've got plans for that. First things first though, setup tomorrow to get her back in alignment.

@sentinal187 It came from Japanparts, it's from the JDM BRZ tS. I can never seem to find the link lately, I think they call it a "centre console" or something.

    @Mike
Here some of my observations of the various kits - bare in mind I thought about this for 18 months before committing to the Reyland kit.
I actually ordered but then cancelled both the Essex AP Racing Sprint kit and the Godspeed AP kit, before settling on the Reyland kit, this was after speaking with @Ade and one of the technical team at AP Racing.
These are for the approx 330mm kits (355mm+ kits have different requirements)
    Reyland - AP Kit:
    Pro's:
AP Caliper - CP9200 (2 piece aluminum body)  4 Pistons Dust Boots - Made by Brembo  Perfect for Street and track Common Pad Size 330mm x 28mm discs - 2 piece Good thermal capacity High quality caliper by premium brake manufacturer.  Keeps stock brake bias Complete kit - Calipers, Pads, Brake lines, brackets, discs Various disc options - Either bolted or floating brake disc hat/bell. AP or Reyland disc's.  Clear's the majority of 17" wheels Latest design of caliper by AP Racing - including new paint finish Used by various members of the community - with extensive track use Con's:
Reasonably expensive Custom made brackets, which you need to shim to get perfect fitment Won't fit under stock wheels without spacer.
    Godspeed - Brembo's:
    Pro's:
Brembo caliper 4 piston Dust boots 330 x 28 discs 2 piece discs Cheap Con's:
Unknown caliper model Unknown caliper material Unknown piston sizes - not sure what effect this will have on brake bias Unknown pad size No brake lines included
    Godspeed - AP Kit:
    Pro's:
AP Caliper - CP9040 (2 piece aluminum body)  Dust Boots - Made by Brembo  Common Pad Size Good thermal capacity High quality caliper by premium brake manufacturer.  Latest design of caliper by AP Racing - including new paint finish Con's
Reasonably expensive Caliper designed for a 362mm disc - not 330mm as included Caliper designed for a 32mm thick disc - not 30mm as included Ø330mm disc in this caliper will leave a fairly large gap between the discs OD and the calipers disc pathway and this gap can be prone to collecting road debris. 6 pistons - overkill  No brake lines included
    K-Sport:
    Pro's:
Cheap Used by various members of the community - with extensive track use Clear's the majority of 17" wheels Complete kit - Calipers, Pads, Brake lines, brackets, discs 330mm x 32mm? disc - 2 piece Dust boots Perfect for Street and track Con's

Off to have the mapping tweaked over the next few days and then it'll be back to finish off little bits like interior, undertrays and a well needed deep clean!
Bodyshop has been put on hold until we sort the bonnet out.
