  1. We have plenty of space at club stand if anyone keen to join Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
  2. I think we might have enough space at the club stand for another car. But online tickets are sold out and they will not be selling tickets at the gate. If someone is not going may be they can sell tickets to you. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
  3. You should be able to use either Tunerfest or Go Japan! ticket (you may need to log in to print it out though), but the ticket did not come with the email. One of the links in the e-mail is the Car Club pass (you fill details yourself) you would need both. They would scan the tickets when you arrive and and will direct you to our area
  4. As @maurice said you should have received details today. Its unfortunately an early start for red zone. Arrival time 7:00-7:30 am and please print your club vehicle passes ENTRY & ARRIVAL When approaching either from the north or south on the A20, please look out for the car club direction signs. You will be directed to the northern access gate. Please have your vehicle pass displayed in the windscreen and your ticket ready. Once in the show are, please head straight to your club stand. Event officials will help direct you. Please look out for them as they are there to help you. A sign displaying your club's name will be positioned in your area and the edges will be clearly marked on the ground. Please make sure all your exhibits fit within the boundaries. Additional space has been provided this year to help with social distancing. We are club #5 with space for 9 cars (I think 10 should fit as there should be a bit extra space). Roughly where we were last 3 years, but 2nd row of clubs rather than 1st. See you Sunday!
  5. I have not heard anything either, guess they are digesting yesterday's Government announcement. Tickets for either Tunerfest or GoJapan should be valid, but we should also get a club stand pass and instructions via email. I was actually planning to send chaser to Simon today, but guess he will be having quite a few people chasing and considering you have done so already I will wait for further correspondence Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

    Silverstone National is not that great, GP is much more fun. Donny is good in either National or GP confirmation (although I have done each only once and both days were wet and slippery) Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

    Jordan aka Smudge

    So Sad, RIP Smudge. We will truly miss him His cheeky responses and comments were not always to everyone's liking but he was helpful and friendly on PMs to some of us newbies. My condolences to his loved ones, family and friends. We should arrange flowers from the club I think. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
  8. I will put the club stands plan on the forum. You can come and see if there is a space for an extra car in the morning and if so park with us. But definitely come over and say [emoji112]. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk

    My are Gramlight, but then I compensate extra weight with a bit extra power from TD Turbo[emoji6] Nov 9th with Circuitdays is fully booked I think, but you can get on wait list and they probably will have few last minute spaces. I am also doing Thruxton on Sep 22nd And hopefully we will have a nice group of GT86s for Bedford GT on Nov 21st https://facebook.com/events/s/trackday-bedford-gt-msvt/650535892388900/?ti=cl Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
  10. Not the parking plan or timing, just preliminary info. Entry should be timed, guess they will have different group passes. I will post an update when I receive further details. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
  11. List updated: Attending: 1. @VAD17 (organiser) 2. @Dankool 3. @kaisersalsek 4. @The Minion 5. @Rich83 6. @SimonG68 7. @gavin_t 8. @maurice -> let me know if I have missed anyone Last chance to join us next week
  12. Yes, club stand registration is separate. I dont think you have booked club stand (at least you were not on the list Simon sent me), so I suggest you e-mail them and ask for a space on the club stand (let me know if you want e-mail address, can PM to you). There are 7 of us booked. Details should follow end of this week (if not will chase again).
  13. List updated. I have asked Simon from TimeAttack to confirm when details will be sent out and will update you guys as soon as I know

    Hoping to buy - Info greatly appreciated

    Hey Max Welcome onboard! I would say your best bet is to look for 2nd hand car and budget for new wheels and NA tuning package (decat manifold + remap). Depending on manifold and wheels that would be £2k +. Abbey (http://www.abbeymotorsport.co.uk) is closest specialist garage/ tuner for you (have used them several times myself, highly recommended). Alternative is to look after club members selling modified N/A or boosted car and get it before they put it back to stock (which is pretty common). If you after boosted GT86 that would be best and most cost effective way, and many cars would have coilovers and other worthwhile upgrades. Good luck! Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk
