Lauren 2259 Report post Posted September 22, 2015 I hope the Rays nuts work out for you. The set of Rays wheel nuts I've got on my car have been really durable, though they are steel.
Mark-in-Stoke 488 Report post Posted September 22, 2015 Nigel, Deacon had a set of headlight adjuster made by a very competent engineer we both know, really easy to fit and makes a massive difference. 1 Deacon reacted to this

Deacon 1357 Report post Posted September 25, 2015 Couple of quick fitted pics:-I have raised it a touch but it's literally just off the jacks so should settle a little lower. 5 Keethos, GT86-Ian, Ztox and 2 others reacted to this

Deacon 1357 Report post Posted September 25, 2015 Thanks folks! ☺I thought that style would.suit the 86 and I'm pretty pleased with the way they look fitted. Definitely better than running around on the stock wheels for the next 6 months!

Deacon 1357 Report post Posted September 26, 2015 Awesome stuff Jeff, love the look of them....any chance of a side profile to see how far out they sit?As soon as I get back from playing in this 2.0 sport Keith I'll get one done! :-)
Deacon 1357 Report post Posted September 26, 2015 Awesome stuff Jeff, love the look of them....any chance of a side profile to see how far out they sit?Actally Keith when you say side view what do you mean - not the side view like above obviously!

Tareim 343 Report post Posted September 26, 2015 Actally Keith when you say side view what do you mean - not the side view like above obviously!I think he wants a view down the side from the front to see how far the wheels stick out 1 Keethos reacted to this
Keethos 842 Report post Posted September 27, 2015 What he said, to see how they sit offset wise....what was the offset again? How was the 2.0 sport?
Deacon 1357 Report post Posted September 27, 2015 What he said, to see how they sit offset wise....what was the offset again? How was the 2.0 sport? Will get one done today but it's quite distorted by the amount of camber. They are 17x7.5 et35. I think a 17x8 et35 would probably be absolutely perfect. The 2.0 Sport was really, really good. The torque dip in the 86 felt horrific after driving the 2.0!
Deacon 1357 Report post Posted September 27, 2015 I grabbed a few pics Keith although I don't think they show how they sit that well - much better to have a look in person. The black wheels are off now obviously so of you want to try the clearance still just let me know.
Tareim 343 Report post Posted September 27, 2015 not too bad better than OEM that's for sure, think the extra 0.5 from an 8j would be perfect fitment
Keethos 842 Report post Posted September 27, 2015 Thanks Jeff, you guna be at Amber at all next weekend? If so, what are the chances of bringing a wheel along? Not to worry if you don't want to, I'm sure we can sort out a time for me to pop round.
