Tein Street Basis VS Street Basis Z

I'd spend the money on better dampers to be honest rather than worry about the Edfc system. Better dampers with better valving, etc will be more beneficial in the long run.

Tein Street Basis VS Street Basis Z

But also there is jack of all trades, master of none. There is optimal valving for different pavement and even different maneuver types, like braking, accelerating, cornering .. and dynamic adjusting allows to get that optimum for each, instead of compromising some middle ground, even if high quality one. As to which nets most .. hence why i mentioned that more input data / experience needed, to evaluate which solution will net more per buck, cheaper shocks with dynamic adjustability, or middle budget shocks of fixed damping, to make educated choice. I have no own experience with both (still driving on stock, only now considering replacing them with bilstein B6), but it would be interesting to find out more nfo for, who knows, maybe potential future choice/purchase.

I have a sneaking suspicion that I've lost airflow to the footwells now. Sometimes I miss the big mechanical controls that used to do this job.

Just registered today after being a lurker for a year, I have a 2013 car too, i'll be using Jemca in Reading for the recall eventually, I'm a little unsure about if i want to be their first though :) Thanks for the updates Lauren, I only found out about this from seeing posts of FRS on fire in the r/ft86 subreddit so it's nice to see some more reassuring information in here and gt86ownersclub.co.uk

    So.... talk manifolds to me

It looks like a generic eBay manifold. I can't imagine longevity or amazing quality but I'm sure it would be OK. Probably available on eBay or Aliexpress for very cheap.

    Japfest Silverstone Sunday 5th May

Generally our first and usually our biggest gathering of Toyota GT86's and Subaru BRZ's for the year! I'm sure you all won't want to miss out on this one! One year we saw 86 cars on our stand which was quite a feature! We look forward to welcoming the regulars aswell as the new people we have taken on over the past year. We will have our usual day before gathering at a hotel which will be the Hilton Double tree again as per last year. There are cheaper hotels, but this can certainly squeeze us in regardless of numbers. Date: Sunday 5th May Location: Silverstone Circuit Hotel for 5th May: Double Tree by Hilton at Milton Keynes http://doubletree3.hilton.com/en/hotels/united-kingdom/doubletree-by-hilton-hotel-milton-keynes-LTNDTDI/index.html Please put your names below if you will be attending and whether you will be at the hotel the night before. UEL Manifold rest stock

Get cold start mapped out!! My UEL RCM manifold with one cat and Cobrasport resonated (known as being pretty loud) is actually quieter on start up now than it was with two cats and just the cat back. It’s also perfectly possible to drive it carefully without being ridiculously loud, but if you do plant it all hell breaks loose. Few cheeky revs

    SuperChips remap?

I've heard rumours that Miltek are changing their name to 'Willcrack' 😁

    SuperChips remap?

They can still look after those, just don't tell them you have a GT86 and sneak away to one of the traders mentioned above Edit: I'll add, I got a UEL manifold and remap done at Fensport, never been happier. Yes it was expensive but you pay for what you get. Adrian certainly knew what he was doing when he took me out on the open road to remap it. I tried my best to understand most of it, even though he explained it all very well.
