Gives you everything you need to know against the standard GT86. Small things which could matter to some and could not. Same engine, gearbox, transmission, LSD. https://media.toyota.co.uk/wp-content/files_mf/1437051642150511MTOYOTAGT86EQUIPMENTSPECIFICATIONS.pdf Missing items: Keyless entry, Auto climate control, power rear view side mirrors (and its heating), Cruise control, auto headlights, Xenon (Halogen instead), spoiler (Typically only in Pro but could be optioned on based 86), heated seats(Typically only in Pro) . Came in solid paint not metallic and 16 inch alloys instead of 17.

Hello, Anyone who owns a Primo model.in England on here? I've read about the main difference... Key start, no digital spedo etc...all stuff that doesn't seem overally important to me Is there anything mechanical wise? I saw something about the breaks being smaller?

Oh no I didn't want to read that. Just dropped my one off at SLM Toyota in Norwich. So far Im very happy with the service and the way everything was explained to me by the technician who was doing the work. The first car he did was owned by one of the staff he works with and since then he has done another five. Non of them reporting problems so far so fingers crossed it will be ok. Will be interesting to hear what your problem was when it gets resolved.

I'd have a look at the speedo and make sure you can live with it as for me that would be the real deal breaker with the primo - the analogue display is almost entirely useless

This was before the Pro, which is a facelift spec. At the time, heated seats were a cost option on the regular car so they're not missing from the Primo. Originally all cars except Primo came with the spoiler, but from mid-2015 (MY16 cars, the last pre-facelift version) it was a no-cost option. As per my other post, you could option the Primo in other colours.

Brakes discs are smaller, yeah. Other than that it's mechanically same.

Hi Everyone! I'm Charlie from Welling, Kent. Picked up my 17' Orange GT86 a few weeks ago. Been browsing and lurking on the site for a while before deciding to pull the trigger and buy my GT86. I'm absolutley loving 86 life so far such a capable car in stock form, but already looking at the massive list of aftermarket parts that are avaliable for these cars! Hopefully can make it out to a few events and see what everyone else has done to their cars!

There aren't too many gt86 around the south east area. Myself, Andy, there's a guy with a facelift red gt86 in charlton and 13 plate red stance biased gt86 near welling also. I'm from deptford myself but I work in blackfen so always in the area with my 86. I'll let Andy tell you his set up, but for myself, I'm running a tomei 421 equal length header with a cobra resonated catback. Had the car mapped my fensport earlier in the week. UEL is good for eliminating the torque dip. Sent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk
