Just an update of this if anyone interested.
I've been compensated for the damage caused. I've also had 2 new rear lights fitted under warranty. The new lights actually look better than the originals, I'll post some pics when I've taken some.
Oil leak has been 'fixed' again (2nd time) but will monitor this over the next couple of days to see how bad the smell of burning oil is.

It looks fine and in all honesty I never pass judgement on cars or revisions until I've seen them a number of times. Once people get used to it, my best guess is they'll like it. People just can't cope with change it seems.

If you are going to get anywhere you might have to go out of your area judging by my lot Lancaster they are all generally useless

I'm guessing you weren't told the warranty was null and void (according to them) when you bought it? If that's the case I'd be complaining and working up the chain until they do change it personally.

We had our OSR lamp replaced at over 3 years old and its going in to have the NSR one done very shortly......

Mines a 2014, just under 12k on the clock. I've only had it for 800 miles of that, bought it with a couple of chips, I've managed to put another two on there. Lord knows how long it's gonna last, but I agree, it seems to be very badly made

The Black on Black theme wasn't really planned TBH. I bought the Celica's wheels in about 2006 and the Mercedes I only bought about 2 months ago. The Merc came with the Back wheels but my plan is to return them to Silver along with window tint removal. The Rota Grids I have ordered are Gunmetal  It's not all Black, I have a White Peugeot 205 and also this White Escort RS1600i that I am rebuilding

Just joined the forum as we've bought a GT86 for my Wife who owned a Gen 7 Celica for 11 years. Next weekend the car will have Eibach springs fitted and staggered 18" Rota Grid wheels.

Welcome to the club, i'd have gone for the TEIN's myself. The Eibachs are pretty stiff for the chassis imo. But let us know how you get on!
