I wouldn't go for +25 unless your car is lowered with a bit of camber, otherwise it will look like a monster truck. I can't imagine the face design will be any different between the ET35 and ET25 anyway. They are quite popular so there will be lots of photos on google.

The Konig Oversteer looks similar but they are still over £1000.
Best of writing a list of imitation brands like Bola, JR and Rota then going through their catalogue of wheels.

Get yourself on a cheap track day in the winter and pray for rain. Everything happens at a much lower speed but you can practise losing control and sliding the car around without too much to worry about. The best bit is that when something goes wrong on the road you'll be much better prepared to deal with it.
This was some of the most fun I've ever had on track, despite getting quite wet!

+1 To Sam's comment. Non spoilered boot lids are very rare and sought after. So wouldn't be surprised if someone is very keen to swap.

I can't get my head around the looks, to me the design looks older than the outgoing model and the proportions don't look right. The ride height with those 18s is awful, its jacked up, the bonnet line looks higher, the squarer headlights and frumpy boot pushes the whole car up, its gone from a sports car to a coupe (think 2 series, c class). That dashboard looks fit for a 4x4 or a pickup. I don't think there is any threat of me moving my GT86 along

Mine have been on for 4 years with no issues, TBH I fitted them without knowing this info beforehand, so it might not be too critical.

No need to seal anywhere else, just make sure you don't over tighten the nuts when fitting the lights that can cause sealing issues.

The FM antenna is powered, so you need to connect that wire to a 12v power source. There is usually a spare wire on the wiring harness specifically for this.

If you are going down that route put the 46 on the back. The rear arches are larger than the front and swallow up more wheel. I have 5mm wider spacers on the rear than the front to get them to look the same.

I would suggest you do a bit of research into the second hand market before putting stuff up for sale. But put it this way you will struggle to pick up a single headlight for less than 170 quid from a GT86, which is much more common than a BRZ. OEM items are generally going to be much better quality and a different market segment than aftermarket.

That's not entirely true.... I shall explain.
Had a little convo with Matt@Cosworth recently and he told me they do have supercharger kits, but they are missing the Eaton blowers themselves. Now if there was a group buy he said that it might enough to convince his boss to buy some superchargers to make up and sell some kits...
Food for thought for those on the fence.

Varelco got a reaction from BRZ-123 in Recommend me a replacement head unit
I just took a look on Kenwood's website the 820 has the same DSP. I think any unit of their units which has the "Hi-Res Audio" symbol means that it has the same DSP with all the features. Also I forgot to mention the DDX means it has a CD slot and the DMX doesn't. The Fasmoto site is a bit naughty you only get the HD screen on the 9 series model, not the 8. It is lovely, very clear and crisp but probably unnecessary. From what I figure out with the 820 you lose the CD slot, the HD screen and the wireless functionality (Carplay and wireless mirror imaging). Come to think of it I didn't need the 919 the 820 would have done everything I need.

As for taxes I asked them to review the value of the headunit before they sent it. 😉  All fees came to £60

I have absolutely no idea why they aren't available here. It's odd. They are made for the RHD market too, hence the buttons on the right side. I bought mine from Fasmoto in Malaysia. They were great, delivery was quick i had the headunit in about a week. You could wait for the 21 model but what more would you want from your headunit? It's got everything covered. Only other thing to note is they don't support DVDs, wrong region, but I don't suppose that matters. Who is gonna play a film in an 86.
