Test Drives Unlimited reacted to Gringosteve in Gringo's 86
Thanks mate, haven't installed it yet only powered it on. This model gets really good reviews too. Comes with GPS and some other gizmos I won't use. Will post up my thoughts when I have installed it
Edit, someone else's video review

I got mine for £75 but see they are £89 on Amazon now. They may be cheaper elsewhere:

Just asking as Gti international used to do individual runs or you could pay for the whole day. Individual runs were about £5 each so for people only wanting to do a couple it'd be a lot cheaper.

It's not a case of worried about it more why waste it? A couple of times down the strip is plenty for me after that it's pretty dull to be honest.

Test Drives Unlimited reacted to Fensport in Fensport News
Hi Everyone,
Really an apology for not posting for some time, we have been so crazy busy working on and mapping the cars there just hasn't been much time for posting!
Big news for Fensport is the launch of our new website spring next year, with the help of a fellow 86 enthusiast our plan is to bring you, hopefully, the best "Toyota" site ever! The new site covers 138 Toyota models and around 5,000 products, so as you can imagine its a big job! It will be user and mobile friendly, much more informative, and we will have a dedicated blog which will allow us to feed our news in to the forum
Here's a pic of our workshop, full of 86's as usual!
Due to all our efforts going in to the new site, our old one is no longer being updated, stock levels will be correct, but if there is anything else you need drop Dan a line and we'll do our best for you !
I know its early, but I'd like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and hope Santa fills your stockings with loads of go faster goodies!
We've had a cracking 2015 and want to say a massive thank you for all your support this year
Best Regards
Adrian and the Team @ Fensport

I probably need some hydrophobic products on my rear window cos they don't clear that quickly for me, fair enough you may not need to see behind you while you are stationary but the other day I was moving slowly (not fast enough to for the water to run off) and I also had rain on my side mirrors too so either way, couldn't really see behind me, even with the heaters on. Not really moaning about it but it's still not great. There's no need to rant about people wanting rear wipers though, there are those who feel more comfortable when driving if they can get clear vision all round, and if rear wipers can offer them that then great. There will always be a situation where every single one of us would use them if they were there but I agree, that may only be a small percentage of the time.

Tried these tyres from a Lego police bike. Great fit and they are shallow so don't rub on the head unit.

I never liked shopping at Tesco's anyway . .
Yesterday I was at my local Tescos store buying a large bag of Chum dog food for my loyal pet and was in the checkout queue when a woman behind me asked if I had a dog.
What did she think I had, an elephant? So, since I'm retired and have little to do, on impulse I told her no, I didn't have a dog, I was starting the Chum Diet again. I added that I probably shouldn't because I ended up in hospital last time, but I'd lost 2 stone before I woke up in intensive care with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IV's in both arms . .
I told her it was essentially a perfect diet and the way that it works is to load your pockets with Chum nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry. The food is nutritionally complete so it works well and I was going to try it again (I have to mention here that practically everyone in the queue was now enthralled by my story . .)
Horrified, she asked me if I ended up in intensive care because the food poisoned me. I told her no, I stepped off the kerb to sniff an Irish Setter's arse and a car hit me . .
I thought the guy behind her was going to have a heart attack he was laughing so hard. .
I'm now banned from Tescos. Better watch what you ask retired people - we have all the time in the world to think of daft things to say. .

You don't have to download, just rip your CD's onto your computer and then just copy them across to a USB stick, it's a very simple process.
