CHOSENMAN007 81 Report post Posted June 26, 2014 12 kg is way to heavy!! Can't be right?! I'm on 18x8 Enkei rpf1 and I'm 8.14kg dead on. Hard to believe a good wheel is that heavy... Even stock wheels are 9.1 kg...

That's a wide tyre though, Ian. Will it ever go sideways? 1 GT86-Ian reacted to this
GT86-Ian 351 Report post Posted June 28, 2014 Thanks Lauren, Im very pleased with the new look & I also find the rear grip is so much better, just waiting to do a few more miles before I start pushing the new rubber.
Special K 442 Report post Posted June 28, 2014 Good size choice, Ian. I thought I had overtyred with my 255/40/17 on 9" rims - being mindful of Lauren's comments on wall angles. But it is certainly throwable, I enjoyed the progressive feel at Woodbridge.. very little to choose between the two but I now have a bit more confidence in the Michelin Sport 3's than I did with the F1 Eagles.. (err... but I've not tried 'em in the wet yet..) Spec K
