Yeah, good point. Overkill for paste waxes, you need to use so little and have to keep putting the applicator back into the tub often so you don't overload the applicator.

Sorry to hear of your predicament mate. I have used Chemical guys gear before but never ordered from them direct, I must admit I do not rate their gear that highly, there is alot of hype to them.

Where are you based? is it near midlands? I use Shopnshine.co.uk for my stuff and I go straight to their depot. Very good customer service and you can get a detailing world discount DW75 I think it's 7.5% off.

Hi all Matt here Iv just signed up so wanted to say a quick hello although I’m not new to the Subaru scene I am new to the brz/gt86 model so thought I’d join up.
 
Some of you may know be from the subaru Impreza scene already possibly  I own and run Mb developments were a Subaru Impreza breakers here in the West Midlands. 
Over my time iv owned & built some crazy Impreza’s that have been either love or hate cars but decided it’s time to get brz for some testing.
I am lucky enough to have some good contacts in the business and already sourced a ideal base car direct from japan it’s currently making its way over to us now so really excited to get it and see what the buzz is with them.
I have some pretty wild plans for the car it won’t be remaining standard for long and parts are already mounting by the day I plan to use it as my personal track/race car and a good demo car for the business in time 
 
I don’t want ramble on too much and bore you all too much so just saying hi and hope to catch up with a lot of you at a meet or other soon thank you.

Same as Gary for me, happened a few times when the car was less than a year old, hasn't done it since!

I used to have this problem when it was new. It would keep cranking over for what seemed ages before it fired up. I got told that Subaru engines are common for this as the fuel sometimes drains back. Was told to put it in ignition for a few seconds to start the fuel pump then start it. I’ve never had a problem since.🤷🏼‍♂️

For something that light, any polish with a small amount of cut on a small section (like your fingertip) of clean microfibre towel will remove it.

Getting the TD UEL NA (that's a lot of abbreviations) package in April, which includes a remap 😁

There will be a few of us with different systems and combinations of manifolds with different air filters.
I have Tuning Developments Equal Length Manifold with Milltek Overpipe and Tuning Developments resonated System. TD’s systems are very good and made by JP for them and a lot of people are now switching over to them.
