I just had a caterpie c31 give up a massive struggle to get caught. I think they have done it to increase revenue from people buying pokeballs. Sod that. If it gets worse I'm off

Yeah still works... Pokevision has only stopped because Niantic asked them to take it down and they just honoured their wish.

I've had the game on today just to build up mileage on eggs, and the few Pokemon I have tried to catch I've not experienced many issues to be honest. I have a 3 pokeball rule for things that I don't need or want. If I don't catch them in 3 balls, I give up, always have done. Based on that rule, nothing seems much different.
That being said, I've also had low CP Pokemon run from me, but usually after a ball or two, which I'm fine with as I waste less balls.
I've also noticed a higher average CP today than usual. Most encounters have been over 400CP, even caught a 700CP Eevee which is now a 1700 Flareon. I also notice that they've fixed the frozen ball bug (mine froze and instantly said Pokemon caught and unfroze itself). I also like the new graphical tweeks and animations.
The biggest gripe for me is still, and will continue to be, the tracking. My nearby list at lunch time showed Vulpix, Staryu, Paras and Eevee, all relatively rare around here, so the variety seems better, but now I can't track them it's pointless.

Just as a tip incase anyone does get put back to level 1 just sign out and sign back in with the account that you were using when you started. The level 1 thing is actually the game creating a new login by accident. Once you sign back in you should be back on the same level you were! 21 currently!

Yeah the updates not looking good, I've had various mons run on me, most annoyingly 2 that I've never captured before and that were high level but even after a raspberry and spinning some great balls the buggers ran, even some low level ones ran on me too. But I've read some people updated and got reset back to level 1 from 20odd

Having played it a bit today I have noticed:

    1) more likely to see lower CP mons even though I'm now level 17. I got a golduck with only 30CP!!!!

    2) Mons are more difficult to catch and likely to run off

Aka no more 15 Vaporeons in every gym
The worst part is, they've taken out ANY way of tracking Pokemon now. At least on the last update the flashing symbol would go off when heading in the right direction, and if really lost, you could just use Pokevision or similar. Now, no more flashing for direction, no more tracking sites, nothing. Gonna really put a dampener on the game for a while.

Some of my colleagues at work managed to download the american version first and started playing it, I eventually jumped on just to see what the fuss is about and I'm kinda into it now....still don't go out for mega walks besides last week when I was in Preston for business, had to go to the post office and ended up in a very big and beautiful Park in the hot sunny weather with lots of people out and about doing exactly the same thing......can't say I would have ventured off anywhere if I wasn't playing Pokemon.
Lucky enough to have a Pokestop right by our office but even then, I'm either busy training or out and about on business to be sat in the office at lunch for a Lure party.....though on one lunch break this week I managed to jump 3 levels because of a lure party mixed with a incense, a lucky egg and a load of evolving of low tier Pokemons.  Only Level 15 with a 461 Hypno being my max Mon at the moment.....also beat/captured my first Gym today at the hotel in Scunthorpe.....turns out it was Dan Steep's Ratecake....thanks Dan
Another funny story, I was at Red Bull for a day this week and right outside their entrance to their building is a Red Pokegym.....some of you may have already read this but I had to delete that post on Facebook....made the mistake of "checking in" there.....not very professional of me

I know, sucks really i've never understood why people cheat on any games. I've done it on other games before and it just made them boring and not challenging at all lol

Level 22 over here. People who hate on it and say it's sad obviously don't understand that for the majority of us, Pokemon were a huge part of our childhood, so having a augmented reality version of it is just incredible!
I use Pokevision which shows you where Pokemon have spawned, doesn't ruin the fun at all, actually enhances it (especially while the nearby radar thing on the actual game isn't working) as it gives you a location to head to but you've only got a maximum of 15mins to get there.
According to the game, I've walked over 100km in just 2 weeks. If it wasn't for this, I'd be indoors most evenings instead of out hunting with the Mrs or a group of friends. Had about 20 of us in Kingston the other night and it was hilarious running around to try and get Pokemon

It's a tad addictive lol. I went out at lunch yesterday with the guy I work with and we double teamed a few gyms. We only found out a few days ago you can fight in them together to win.

Being in a rural area though there's little in my area. Off to central London today though and going to smash it 😀

    My strongest Mon atm

Made some myself last night from a pair of laces. If you drop the back seat and put a finger in where the release catch mechanism is and press the release button at the same time you will feel a wire rod moving up and down. It's about the thickness of a coat hanger. Just loop a lace around this tie it off and you can have as much or as little as you like hanging. Will see if it's ok over a few weeks then make some loops of webbing and attatch to laces.

So as above, we've been really unfortunate with some parts recently. Just seems that everything we order, either is out of stock, turns up broken or faulty...not fun!
On a more positive note, there really isn't a lot left to do. It's a case now of:
Finishing the pipework for the supercharger Finishing off exhaust manifolds Fitting and configuring ECU Not a lot in terms of a list but fairly time consuming jobs nonetheless
I've had to put off various shows throughout the year which is slowly killing me, so I made the decision to go all out for a really promising show called "Gravity" based at Stoneleigh Park near Coventry. It's organised by Slammed UK and was basically a selection of hand picked cars for the show, so the standards were high. With the hotel being booked months ago, we got the engine and gearbox mounted so I wasn't going to miss this one!

This meant an EXTREMELY long weekend consisting of hiring a transporter from near Gatwick and collecting the car from Brands Hatch

Taking it over to my friend near Heathrow for good clean

And then back to mine near Croydon. Saturday was then spent failing to fit some new parts due to the battery finally giving up after 9 months of no charge, changing the wheels over and driving up to the show Saturday night to drop the car off in the main event hall

Adam was at the same hotel as me so with the girls we had a great evening over some good food and many many many many beers.
The show itself was fantastic. So well organised and the standard of cars was amazing. Needless to say I got some attention by arriving on the back of a transporter and everyone commended me for the determination to get my car there which made it even more worth while
The best part of the whole show was just seeing people's confused faces as they looked in the engine bay. The V8, particularly with it's new colourful rocker covers, is very striking and gets people asking sorts of questions. I just can't wait to finally get her up and running!

Looks like I may be sorted. Messages with another member exchanged via PM.
While it's more rigid and flatter cornering, it's made it too harsh for my liking on local roads.
I'll have to see if I can find calliper gauge or something - they're Eibach if that tells you anything.
As above though, looks like I may have a local swap.
