  1. Been looking into going with unequal length headers but was unsure if a remap is absolutely necessary straight away. Will the cars ECU get confused? Can you run the car reliably for a while with uel's on the stock map? I understand that a map will give gains and help with overall performance and I do intend to map it eventually. Just a big lump of money to do the two at once. Any help is appreciated.

  3. My future brother-in-law has been over for Xmas so today was the perfect opportunity to rope him into some "quality time" modifying the new car. He used to do plenty of bits on his old KA so is used to a bit of drilling and sticking here and there! New TRD spoiler: HKS oil billet cap: Toyota armrest: All 3 bits look brilliant and I can't wait to keep making changes! I took quite a few members of the family out for a spin the last few days and everyone loves the car.
  4. Hiya people! So I was perusing on one of the many websites that do modifications & tunes to our lovely vehicles and something caught my eye with the ECU N/A reflash, "What if there's a recall or a warranty claim pending? If required the ecu can be reflashed back to standard, once recall work is complete, the tuned map can be re installed." Now I may have missed a post on the forum/ I have little knowledge in these things atm ( I am a newbie ) but was wondering has anyone done this and has everything been fine with the warranty claim etc? reason I ask is I am looking towards the not so distant future in potentially getting some upgrades done with respect to the exhaust and intake that from what i read do merit a tune, and i don't particularly want to risk the engine warranty being voided due to the tune. Also has anyone got any experience with the Cosworth Stage 1.0 upgrade? If so how is it? Cheers in advance!
