TTR got a reaction from Lauren in TTR's San Remo BRZ
Well I pretty much gave it away with the last post, but my car is now sitting on some lovely Ohlins R&T Coilovers .
Managed to pick them up for a decent price, really couldn't resist. Admittedly it's slashed my Turbo fund quite severely, but the comfort on the road has just made it so worth it. It's crazy how flat, but supple the car feels. Must be witchcraft!
Got 3 of the Öhlins on myself, but the left front droplink was a nightmare! Had to take it to a friend's garage to sort, driving on 3 Öhlins and one BC was pretty interesting haha. Still need to tinker with ride height/alignment.
I've also decided down to go back down to 17" wheels, I've had the stock ones on for about a week now (I gave the Work Meisters to a friend pending payment) and the car feels much livelier and responsive. I'm also admittedly enjoying being back on the Primacies, so fun with plenty of sideways action
Tyres are next, Yokohama AD08R's or Michelin Cup 2's. Yet to decide, probably the Cup 2 as it seems more daily friendly! Not that I do many miles these days
Anyway, some photos!

Yep very true. However they are one of the pads that don't squeal like mad or chuck have a ton of dust everywhere. Every other pad that can do track and road do that. Having separate pads is the other option but consistently changing them in and out would get annoying. So thats why Im looking BBK's.

I run these pads in my TSS sprint GT86, results speak for themselves. But as I drive a good distance to venues they certainly are fine on the road, so a thumbs up from me. Just need matching rears from PFC and the cake will be iced

TTR reacted to Nimz in Japfest Donington Photos
Hi All,
Made our way down to Japfest yesterday, I wasn't on the club stand but swung by to take some photos and get some inspiration for my own baby. Not the greatest of conditions for pics, pretty overcast and the cars were mostly very tightly packed but here are a few of the better shots. Feel free to share them on instagram etc. if there's one of yours you like, high res versions should be downloadable on my Flickr, just click the images to get them.

Work wheels tend to be the best priced of the JDM lot. Well, the Work Emotion series anyway. Tyres wise... Pilot Sport 4's are the absolute nuts, wouldn't recommend anything else for road use. You pay a premium for them over most brands, but 100% worth it imo!
