Sounds good Mark, have we got an idea of how many are turning up?
I'm about an hour away before we even get started, but it sounds like a hoot!

A huge thank you from myself and Nick to everyone who made the journey out for the day. Was a pleasure having everybody here
I think we did very well with the weather considering the reports I was getting in the morning when opening up! It was nice to meet some new faces and have a catch up with some familiar faces too, apologies to anyone who I didn't get a chance to speak with, there were more in attendance than we anticipated to be honest which was excellent to see By the time the dyno had quietened down the heavens had opened so test drives in our car wouldn't have been ideal, next time
We can do another day later in the year if people would like to, no bother...
Thanks again,
Mike

I'll be stocking up with food and drink over the next couple of days.
Hopefully the weather is kind to us, looking forward to a good turnout!
Thanks

If it's any help, Ian, I'm having mine remapped at Tuning Development on the 20th March, obviously I will report in my project thread on how it all goes.

Redmanforever got a reaction from Keethos in New but not new!
Thanks for the advice guys, now that I've had the air intake and 2nd decat done, I'll probably go down the route of a remap after all. Although down to location for the most part, I might end up having Mike at Tuning developments do it, as their only 30 mins down the rooad for me! PS. Personally, I've always used shell v-power in mine since I bought it... It probably wouldn't run on anything else now, spoilt little git!!!

Adrian did say to me that he can add a 99 Ron Map to my car,but I would have to do at least 5 fill ups before coming to see him for the Mapping
Also for Track Day Drivers he can add a 102 Ron Map but that means spending all day with him going around a Track

Lol, daidaiiro is right....my first remap was with Tesco's 99 momentum....what a mistake that was oh and Adrian also raised the rev limit slightly and now doesn't cut off as abruptly when you do hit the limit, so now you can now just reach 62mph in 2nd.

Hello and welcome from a fellow newbie.
I took the same route as Keethos above and echo his findings. I've also found quite a bit more torque low down - it pulls well from 2,000 RPM, unlike pre-mapping when more often than not I had to drop a gear. Whether this is proven on a proper dyno I don't know, but my arse-dyno says it's true.
If you do go for a remap, make sure you fill up with V-Power - you'll get way better results if it's optimised to take advantage of the higher octane rating. If you turn up with regular 4 star or even supermarket 'super' Adrian will give you a bollocking!

Just a note about Fensport's website, you're better off calling them as their website isn't always up to date with stock I don't believe, plus I'm sure they could source one pretty quickly if they were out.

Cheers mate,
Yeah as Rob says it's the genuine Toyota one.
I was seriously concerned about drilling holes into the centre console. But once I got down to it, it was so easy! You just need to take your time and make sure the template is stuck in the correct place.
As long as the holes were marked in the correct place you can't go wrong!
