it's a shame there is no information as to what these "stages" involve, have checked their website and facebook

Yeah I've had a look but no info ? I assume they have developed the Subaru parts to make a kit.

The Escort on display was immense but was ££££££

What is a completion car? I read it as competition the first time!

I can only guess it's a typo and should be competition car?

I think the important question is engine internals, IMO your pushing your luck going FI on a stock motor. So guess the track day kit must be meant for a forged (or include ) engine ?

A typo on their show stand advertising would kind of put me off I think.

I suspect the stage 2 road is on stock internals but all the others should be up-rated internals. Cosworth did the maths/testing and consider 280hp to be the max safe level for OEM levels of reliability under abuse before the rods get into the "they will break but not sure when" region of cylinder pressure.

The joys of sintered rods....
