Squadrone Rosso 82 Report post Posted May 11, 2016 459 miles today, some shocking rain! 709 since leaving home. Another 400+ tomorrow to Tuscany. Car going great. Brilliant seats, driving position, ride, satnav / sounds, poke & handling. Love it. 1 Keethos reacted to this
Nicebiscuit 655 Report post Posted May 12, 2016 Nice. And the 86 really makes that Cayman look lardy in those photos. Hard to believe it's got two less seats. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Andrew Smith 156 Report post Posted May 13, 2016 Hahaha, been through that a couple of times on my moto, come out the other side with a black vagabond face mask, always rode round it since then. Blue rocks silver any day of the week, keep em coming 1 Squadrone Rosso reacted to this
Squadrone Rosso 82 Report post Posted May 13, 2016 We try to avoid the tunnel &'take to the passes but it's too early in the year. Unfortunately, I'm laid up in Italy. Long history of spinal problems playing havoc with my leg. Was bad for the week before we left so 1200 miles & 3 different beds not good Dr or Hospital tomorrow! I do like them and have always coveted a Porsche. But seeing them like that does surprise me - the Toyota is definitely the prettier car... And with forced induction it wouldn't be far behind... And for a lot less money. Brings it home what a bargain we have. Especially as all the latest Caymans are 4 pot turbo boxers in any case!!

Squadrone Rosso 82 Report post Posted May 14, 2016 Spent the day in an Italian hospital after being taken there by ambulance. X Rays etc appear to show problems with my hip! Had a cortisone injection. Total bed rest for 5 - 6 days so need to cancel all the other nice places we had booked. Luckily, we're at my mates house so no rush to leave. Squadrone Rosso 82 Report post Posted May 20, 2016 So gutted to hear! Did your hip worsen? That's got better. The issue is now it my thigh muscle. Think it's related to the cortisone injection but I have a long history of back problems & surgery so will get a referral ASAP.
