The key needs a lot of force to turn, I thought it didn't work either when I tried. I had to get a small Allen key and use it as leverage to turn it in the lock. This should help you get into the car, then pop the bonnet and get a charger on the battery!

I think they may be 21 and older, now that I think about it. I was with Admiral before, have you tried them?

Im with direct line and I'm 21. I got mines cheaper because I got my mum to also change to direct line and got the multicar policy!

I've been toying with going down the route of FI anyway, so might just hold off and pay @Mike@TD.co.uk a visit hopefully soon. I think TD now offer EL & UEL unless I'm mistaken!
