long-gone 152 Report post Posted May 14, 2016 I'm not sure - I did but initially quite streaky. Probably user error. Next time I'll take a little more care and do a panel at a time - but it's worth it. The finish for spray on, rinse off is amazing.
will300 812 Report post Posted May 14, 2016 Gave mine a clean earlier, testing out some new snow foam, G-Techniq Citrus Foam. 1 Deacon reacted to this
richardcarman 29 Report post Posted May 14, 2016 Well was my first day free since I got the car, so what else to do but give her a wash! The process was bilt hamber snow foam, rinse, tar X, rinse, iron X, rinse, 2 bw with CarPro reset, rinse, clay with meguiars, da polish with car pro essence - this got rid of 80% swirls as only used a white hex logic pad, then cquartz uk finally reload. Scrubbed out the exhaust, autoglym glass polish on all windows, autoglym wheel cleaner on wheels, tires dressed as well! 8 hours in total and looks amazing! Just got to do the inside now! Willtl 54 Report post Posted May 14, 2016 Just done mine. Two washes and then two thirds of a bottle of Wet Coat. Took over 2 and a half hours compared to the usual hour it gets.

Squadrone Rosso 82 Report post Posted November 5, 2016 Gave the wife's 86 a good wash & wax today. Looks great but discovered a paint flake bubble. No rust. Weird. Looks great from a distance but at only 10k miles, the front bumper already looks a bit peppered
paul7189 6 Report post Posted November 7, 2016 The paint is awful to be honest. Stone chips come up too easily. The issue with Japanese cars though unfortunately
lewisw 28 Report post Posted November 13, 2016 Literally the first thing I did when I got back from picking her up back in july, they'd attempted a wash for the showroom, but it's never as good as doing it yourself IMO. The last time I got chance to spend a good few hours on her didn't turn out too bad. 2 Mark-in-Stoke and Squadrone Rosso reacted to this

Stutopia 158 Report post Posted April 3, 2017 Quick maintenance bath this weekend, then took her out to get all dirty again, ready for the next wash. I think I'm in love with this shade of blue, so much so I've booked in for a paint correction to deal with the PO's one bucket full of sand washing regime. 3 Squadrone Rosso, Mark-in-Stoke and Tom21 reacted to this

Willtl 54 Report post Posted April 22, 2018 Bit of a cheat, just wiped down the car with a wet cloth and then dried it with another. Took 20 minutes but the result is excellent, just like it has been cleaned.Dodge is also clean and photo bombed.
