Recommended Posts

Got a couple of shots now the ride height is near where I want it.post-515-0-63613000-1406486829_thumb.jpgpost-515-0-12806400-1406486855_thumb.jpg

Now the wheels look much better, thanks to Ben at Rarerims for sorting them.

Awesome stuff....why doesn't the car sit that lower at stock......all other sports cars I see around have very little gap between the wheels and the arches like you've got there.....the stock hight is so high :(

Those 18" you're running and how much have you lowered by?

No brainer, Kevin, changing the suspension always puts the geo miles out.

So what did you go for setup wise?

For the first set up I have tried to match things to my driving style, I do like to exploit lots of grip and don't mind things getting a little heavier on the front end. Front is -2.3° camber with parallel toe and rear -2.0° camber with 0.5° toe in. Will do some hard driving on my private test track ;-) and check tyre temps cross the whole tyre surface.

I think the 6kg front spring rate will keep things on the front, i.e., a greater tendency to understeer in comparison to a 5kg spring. I have a 5/6kg setup and having driven Keith's 6/6kgs I think this is the case.

That's a fair amount of camber at both ends. Should be good! :)
