    Dual batteries

Theoretically while it may be possible I think your back would be f*cked after spending multiple nights in a GT86. Better off getting cheap hotels, youth hostels / airbnb.

    Clutch Opportunity

Flywheel won't affect engine map. You should check the dealer will fit 3rd party parts, though.

    Coil overheating - vented bonnet

The heat is not coming from the coil pack, they are being warmed from the exhaust. Last thing they need is more surface area with a heat sink.

    Coil overheating - vented bonnet

I went through 4 ignition coils until I put gold heat reflective tape over them. Haven't had a failure since... (Probably get one next trackdays now)

    Problem With Heat Wrap

It's a bit crap having to wrap a radiator hose tbh. My Fa20club manifold that the TD is supposed to be a copy of goes nowhere near it. 4-5 inches away.

    Problem With Heat Wrap

I'd contact TD. If your clearance is that close, you won't be the only one.

    Problem With Heat Wrap

Sounds like you're at the unlucky end of manufacturing tolerances. The engine can move a fair bit.

    Big brake kit time?

I have the GT3 cooling ducts, didn't seem to make any difference. Removing the dust shields from behind the discs along with them might help though.

Is remapping nessecary if installing uel header?

I've passed 1 MOT with the just the OEM second cat but it was close. Failed at cold until it was warm.

    GT86 Interior

You need pictures and a price. It might be worth your while saying which year it came from, if it's the red or black, and if it has the standard/alcantara or full leather seats too.

Is remapping nessecary if installing uel header?

It can take a while for the CEL to come on. I used to find a long motorway journey always did it. Resetting clears and reactivates the cruise control fine, but the car always runs like crap for the first few miles each time you do a reset.

    Deacons '86

Most Bosch wipers on eBay are fakes, I've been duped before into thinking they were poor.

    Coilovers for Street car

No Church, some aren't as bad as others. Replacing fluid every 2 years is very basic minimal level dealer servicing. Btw saying RBF600 isn't good enough for track work is without any basis. The OEM calipers will have fried themselves long before the fluid has boiled.

    Coilovers for Street car

RBF600 is fine and good value, but absorbs water quite quickly. I found it felt a bit off within 9 months or so. It won't be the weak point if you've got OEM brakes.

    Coilovers for Street car

You want as much extra camber on front as you can get, with KW V1's you can get around -2 as slotted at bottom. The rear is more of an issue, with a 25mm drop you'll have an undesirable amount of extra rear camber which really you should get adjustable rear lower control arms to fix.

    Coilovers for Street car

For total road use I'd recommend a set that retains the OEM rubber top mounts. KW V1's should be in budget.

Flat battery - locked out - BROKE key

WD 40 helped mine. Still used pliers. If yours is that bad take the key to a shop and get a proper blank cut first as it will save you a lot in the long run.

    Will300's Subaru BRZ Build

Do you have to remove the bumper to remove the cover, or does the BRZ have easier access to it?
