    Aerial/antenna delete

One of the first things I did four years ago was remove the unsightly stubby radio aerial and replaced it with a shark fin style affair. It looks better than before, but I still think it ruins the outline/silhouette. Has anyone else removed the whole shebang? Is it much work for a bodyshop to fill any hole(s) and make good?

    VSC Sport mode

Do many here use vsc sport mode? I find it useless and way more intrusive than 'regular' mode. Traction control cuts in aggressively when pulling away sharply, especially right turn T-junctions. Same has happened more than once pressing on in bends at or near the limit - it's alarming and potentially dangerous. Normal mode this never happens, though TCS has saved my blushes on a few occasions and 'all off' is great for proper hooning. Can't decide whether it's a fault and mine's broken, poorly designed/implemented or just doesn't suit my driving style. Anyone else share this opinion?

GT86 BRZ Tuning Package from Tuning Developments

Very happy now. Infinity has quietened mine right down and I no longer sound like a rowdy, asbo chav. Still pulls strongly, no perceivable difference in delivery.

GT86 BRZ Tuning Package from Tuning Developments

As advertised; more power and torque so on that front exactly what I wanted. However, it's just too loud. I'm taking mine to Infinity Exhausts tomorrow to hopefully bring it down to an acceptable level - otherwise I'll be reverting to OEM. No criticism of Tuning Developments or their workmanship - I've been very happy with the standard of work and communication - I just bought the wrong thing for me. See update here: CLICK.

    Fault Code - P0351

Doesn't the light/error code indicate it's in limp-mode and reduced power?

    Favicon

Only a trivial issue, but any chance we can have a favicon for the site please? Looks a bit bare amongst my favourites/bookmarks:

    Fixing front number plate

I also use Velcro but it looks a bit cheap/naff. Would prefer a nice mount for my 3/4 size plate.

    Recall Notice: Power Steering Defect

Is any recall order likely to come from Toyota GB or from a dealer? Now that mine's past 50,000 miles and four years old it's being serviced/maintained by indies now as I hav elittle confidence in local Toyota dealers, especially at top dollar rates.

    De-Cat Manifold - How Loud?

I find mine excessively loud - it's booked in to have additional silencing added to my AVO TurboWorld 2.1/2" cat-back system. YMMV

Brake pads The Good The Bad And the Terrible

I don't track mine but have found EBC YellowStuff to be way better than OE pads. The originals lasted less than 25k miles and took the rotors with them; noisy and fade set in after just a couple of hard stops on fast ring-road duty. These are lasting much better, kinder to the rotors, no squealing and good stopping even with prolonged fast road use.

    Wheels

I like OZ, but then I would say that wouldn't I... Had them on my Griff, 350Z and now GT86. Never tried HLT but I'd guess they're that much better again.
