Jord104 0 Report post Posted August 18, 2015 Hey guys, Just to introduce myself and my car, I'm Jordan and I picked up a 2015 BRZ last Thursday. I'm based in the West Mids and I've seen 3 other GT86 cars around (2 red and 1 white). I've been lurking the forums for a few weeks and you all seem a lot nicer than the group I came from haha. Look forward to my future with the car and to getting to know you all too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Keethos 842 Report post Posted August 20, 2015 Congrats and Welcome to the Club, I'm over in Warwick and there's more and more of us in the Midlands now, we can have a substantial midlands meet now. Got any plans for the car at all? Mods, car shows, track days etc?
Lauren 2259 Report post Posted August 20, 2015 Welcome aboard Jordan. There does seem to be a real influx of BRZ's lately, good news is there is a lot going on in the Midlands, so plenty of meets to get out to.
Jord104 0 Report post Posted August 20, 2015 Thankyou guys It's my only car for now so I'm going for a nice street car. I've got my eye on a couple of wheel sets and I'm also very interested in what Cosworth have done with the car as far as stage 2. Also have a soft spot for the widebody twins I've seen but I try not to entertain that idea haha. Still running the engine in so not pushed it too hard but it's also my first rwd car and feels very different to my previous cars (a mk4 golf and a mk5 r32). I'm gonna break it in and then let the car tell me what it wants based on the way I drive it. I am particular about the paint and since getting the r32 I started learning how to care for it a little better. Not sure it's to the same standard as the very impressive show and shine cars but will be getting some more practice in with a mop and experimenting with waxes to keep it looking good. I will be attending shows all the same. I am also very keen to do a track day having never done one before. A Midlands meet would be great and feel free to tell me about your cars Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
