Hayward and Scott exhaust

Recommended Posts

Hayward and Scott exhaust from Stu's car.  Had it fitted to mine, but was just a bit too deep for my liking.  So I've gone with a milltek resonated instead (very conservative).

Item location: Harrogate (can be Mid-Wales or sometimes Norfolk)

It has the large silencer fitted (most expensive).

RRP: £648
Price: £300
It's a bit dirty as its been on a car, but still great.

Here is a picture of its on Stu's car.  Exhaust tips are not included, you will have to use your own.

I can confirm these are excellent exhausts, bought mine (unres) on recommendation from Stu on t`other side. Local Merc specialist even remarked very positively when they fitted it for me. I now have a 2nd cat delete pipe (resonated from Cobra via Abbey) with the Sprintex and boy is it sweet ! Even has a bit of a Subaru burble now. However, round town it is still urban friendly. Also, look at the gas flow routing, much better than other offerings out there with "T" junctions at the silencer box. My car made 234hp at the hub with the Sprintex. £300 is a bargain !

Agreed, GTB.

I had the first H&S exhaust prototyped/fitted to an auto box car, sold it to Kristov4 when I went 3" AVO and he loves it... a proper exhaust for a n/a car...

Of all the cars at Millbrook when I went, Kris' car sounded the best IMO and there was also a Milltek, Cobra, Cosworth and my custom system. If I hadn't had mine made I'd be all over this. Awesome value!

Thanks for the comments guys, it is a lovely exhaust, just I need something ultra quiet (hence the milltek resonated) as I do so many miles.  The milltek resonated is way to quiet for most people.

Matt, no need to qualify your choice because these things are so personal...

... choosing your exhaust is like choosing a wife, if it barks at you you've got to live with it...

:(

If the buyer see's this and wants to come forward I'll let him.

I have a buyer seller confidentiality law.  I will say they own a GT86 though, sugar I've said too much......
