I've never been to Toyota since the car was new, sod that I travel 60 miles each way to go to abbey for everything and that's the place I'd personally recommend
-
Gonna be a mad one, I can tell!!! haha.
Wanna get food Lee or are you thinking meet up and then go for a drive? Or both?

Sorry haven't been on for a few days and Kevin beat me haha. Here's one of mine anyway...
There is some stretch but nothing too silly, I personally prefer the look of this to no stretch at all.

Yea I would've probably ended up with the N1 but then I decided I really wanted a single exit. I think there is stuff on my (out of date) build thread but I'll PM you anyway.
-
Bit late to the party @Gary p but I'm on 9.5 wide ET38 with 235/40 tyres and -2.5deg front camber and -2deg rear, no issues at all.
-
Ah okay, fair enough.
-
My button didn't come off but the surround came off after about 2 months of owning the car lol.
-
lol this thread N1 will be fine @randall0780 if you like a bit of noise. If you decat though, be prepared for LOTS of noise.

No actually, I haven't got round to it as don't have anything to block the holes and I'm lazy. I can't hear it though so I'm not in any hurry to get rid of it.
Yea it was 127 @Deacon, that was the peak when it was hitting the launch control limiter although I doubt it's too far away from that.
A neighbour was asking me about it last night actually as she has been getting complaints about her stock Smart car with a rattly exhaust lol.

Did you go for the 9.5 with 225 tyres in the end @Lucas@PartBox? I run 9.5 with a 235/40 NS-2R, so the same tyre you were looking at and I wouldn't want to stretch them more than that.

Beat me to it. I'll be there if the weather isn't awful, hoping to get a wash in Saturday.

Not sure I am actually doing anything on the Sunday now but just realised I missed the boat for show tickets, balls.
-
Yea a coast run could be nice. I've not been to either before (maybe Brighton once when very young). Hopefully we'll get some others pipe up?
Oh btw I was going to do a couple for September but upon checking the calendar I realised that I'm not free any weekend in September due to holidays and other events so... if someone else wants to take the reigns and pick a time that they are free. Feels odd me picking the day for everyone when I can't even make it myself lol.

Sorry for the really late notice (been so busy) but does anyone fancy getting out for a bit this Saturday? Either in Essex or at The Grasshopper (TN16 2EU) depending on where interested people are coming from (if there are any). We can either meet and stay somewhere or meet and go for a drive, I'm easy.
I'll give it 'til Wednesday/Thursday to see if anyone wants to do something. Just a handful would be enough, I haven't had a day out in the car for a little while now.
I'll going to put a couple of meets up at lunch today too.

Not sure what I'm doing on the bank holiday yet, if I'm free I may be up for this

Man that clip is a fucker! I was wiggling the light about for ages, eventually snapped the bit off of the light in rage

Haha I do that too Yea that's the fitment, front and back. 235/40 tyres
-
Yea I'm glad you pointed out which one was before/after
Nice effort though, must be almost invisible to those that don't know it's there now

I got my guide from the Australian forum so I'm guessing @HariboPenguin saw the same one as me.
Some good info there. I followed Hawk's guide which is linked to in option 2 but there are other possibilities. Shortcut to Hawk's guide (which is the setup most people have I believe) - http://www.86forums.com.au/index.php?/topic/1634-valenti-reversing-light-v-as-position-light-mod/
Beware that Hawk's guide will probably have slightly different wiring inside the light compared to what you have. If that's the case, scroll down the thread and you'll see people posting up the solution with the newer light's wiring. It's pretty easy to translate to the newer unit anyway tbh.

I should add that RRG Macclesfield are a fantastic Toyota dealership, but it's a fair trek for me haha
