For £14 prob worth having given the frequency of battery issues on gt86s.
Thanks for that, I haven't got one yet so I'll head there and get one tonight!

Is there any sort of entry fee? Or just pay per round?
Also i have a helmet but it's only a cheap nasty thing do they need to be to a certain standard?

I think I'm going to give this a shot this year as want to start getting on track.
Is there anything I need to know in terms of getting organised?
Is it just stickers, helmet and my car I need or should I be looking for anything else?
I have never done anything like this before so I apologise for all the stupid questions I am going to ask...

Welcome! (all be it a few months too late)
Are you looking at the facelift BRZ?
Also for anything exhaust and tuning related I'd give @Mike@TD.co.uk a shout. Plenty of us on here have used him and I haven't heard one bad word against him. Wether it's just a little bit of advice or a full blown turbo kit your looking for I'm sure he'll be happy to answer any of your questions

I have PS4's and was slightly worried for the same reason as yourself especially as I upped the tread to 235's but no that I've done it I couldn't be happier.
I can still get it to play whenever I want up to an extent but there is much more grip there when required and I enjoy the car more now than I ever did before

I forgot to ask him what size gauges they hold, are they 52mm?
Also where did you order from? Trying to find the cheapest place

The one I'd get would be the Radium dual system.

I'll have a look into that one now thanks for that, looks like tarmacsportz do it so saves ordering it from the states too!

I'm soon going to be turbo'ing my 86...Finally
I'm trying to get all the extras together so I'm organised for when it goes in to be done. Two of these things I'm not quite sure on, the first is an oil catch can. I have seen plenty of advice to get one of these especially when boosted but unsure which one. I got told the velox one is about the best but it's nearly $400 dollars before shipping and import tax. I was looking also at the Mishimoto one as its much cheaper as easy told get hold off. Can anyone recommend either the Mishimoto one or any others they have fitted to their car?

The other thing was gauges, I've ordered a dual gauge holder but trying to work out which gauges are best, I'm certain its a boost gauge and an oil pressure (correct me if I'm wrong)
The one's I'm looking at are the Defi ones as from what I've read they are tried and tested with great results, anyone recommend any others that might be worth looking at?

Whats you best price?

Would you be interested in selling me the boost guage & holder and also the trd start button? If so how much would you want posted?
Also what are the specs for the rays and what tyres are on them?
-
That's perfect, I was looking along the right lines for once
@Varelco Which model did you opt for? I'm tempted to get the 3.8 after what ade said

I am on the look out for a some sort of charger that I can leave on my car most of winter to keep the battery in good condition & charged. I haven't used my car in nearly a month now so I'm fairly sure my battery will be as flat as a pancake!
I've done some research to not too much avail, does anyone here know or even better use anything like that and can recommend something that will do the trick??
Was looking at something like that but not 100% if it's the right sort of charger.
Thanks
Jake

Have you looked at the Tuning developments catback?
There are plenty of people running there exhaust with great results and they are cheaper than all of the above!
Milltek I wouldn't touch with a barge pole due to very very poor welding, most if not all have cracked even the newer design
Cobra aren't too bad I have even had one of these myself but still not to the quality of the TD stuff
Perrin I can't comment on but the price is much more
