Will a PDR man be able to deal with these?

If so how much would it cost?

If not then what is best solution?

 

 

First - NS front wheel arch:

Third: NS rear 3/4 panel

 

Any advice welcome....

 

How are our cars so easily dented?

 

Edit: photographing dents is bloody difficult!!!

Cheap steel. Front arch is doable. Rear arches are difficult because they're double skinned.
