Cerastes 204 Report post Posted September 19, 2017 They are expensive but I thought I would put it out there. Hoping someone knows someone that might be able to get me a discount of some sort. Still waiting on @Lucas@PartBox to see if he can get them in stock as he is always coming up with sales .
Paul 442 Report post Posted September 19, 2017 I wouldn't trust that if I were under it tbh.
Cerastes 204 Report post Posted September 19, 2017 That's what I thought, but see some videos on YouTube. Even engineering explained uses one.

If you're worried you could always pop some axle stands under the car or blocks under the wheels.

But the way it lifts the car means it will swing down if it fails rather than drop straight down, meaning it will just roll off any blocks etc.....I don't think my axle stands extend that high (worth checking). Rich 378 Report post Posted September 20, 2017 If the blocks are big enough then it wouldn't be able to move enough to roll off.
Cerastes 204 Report post Posted September 20, 2017 If it did break it would just fall down, but it won't break. Check one of the tests on YouTube.
