Trueno-kazi 2 Report post Posted November 30, 2015 Hi all. My names Callum (mostly known as Kazi) from Inverness in Scotland, first of I'm sorry I've turned up in an out dated AE model and not a GT . was refereed to the GT owners group by Lauren after seeing her lovely panda at JAE. If your reading this Lauren and remember, I was restoring the UK model coupé!! anyway, long story short there was more rust than what was salvageable so have sold it to a proper restoration company in Ireland. After that I instantly regretted that decision and as of the 13th November I bought this!! 2 Door 1985 AE86 Trueno Sprinter with 144,000 KM from new and verified! Car is still in Japan and leaving on the 3rd Dec so should arrive mid-late Jan I know that this is meant for the newer models but I'm hoping to get to some meets/shows if you'll let me join as its nice to see both models together. hope to see some of you soon! 1 Keethos reacted to this

Lauren 2259 Report post Posted December 1, 2015 Hello Callum, great stuff on finding one and welcome! I do remember you saying it was a bit of a project, the first car you had. Trueno coupes certainly seem to be all the rage at the moment, I look forward to seeing it at events. What's the spec, looks original engine wise. :)
