GT86-Ian 351 Report post Posted September 26, 2015 Garmin will release two dash cams during October, Dash Cam 30 & 35 Both will record in full 1080 HD.Priced at £129.99, the Dash Cam 30 is a basic recorder without GPS and has a smaller 1.4 inch screen. The Dash Cam 35 is not much more at £159.99 and features a larger 3 inch screen, GPS and Driver Alerts. The Driver Alerts are audible warnings for speed and redlight cameras and you will also be warned if you are too close to the vehicle in front.https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/on-the-road/533/garmin-dash-cam-35/prod517726.html

Fusion 13 Report post Posted September 27, 2015 Yeah, for for the lower spec there are definitely cheaper and just as good options on the market... The 35, however, does sound good with the forward vehicle and camera warnings... Not heard of any other cameras with those features integrated yet?
Kodename47 446 Report post Posted September 27, 2015 I would just find those type of warnings annoying. If you want a decent camera with GPS that's still very discrete then you don't have to part with more than £70. Add a tenner for a memory card and another for a hard wire kit if you want it to be able to film events when you're away from the vehicle.
