I think everybody will be in trouble this year at TSS with Jonny Milner taking part being 2 times British Rally Champion!

I have mfactory 4.67 final drive fitted (standard is 4.1) and best mod you can do for auto as improves drive throughout rev range. Fuel consumption drops a little but not that you will notice.
With mfactory you do get a little wine as it's semi helical cut but not as noisy as straight cut.

I chose these as I wanted coilover with not to hard spring rate but was ride height adjustable and rebuildable plus damping rate adjustability.
The ride is firm but not uncomfortable and I have a rods in my back so anything to hard would be out of the question. I also have Tein's EDFC Active system with gps which you can adjust set up front and back by storing different settings or letting system adjust automatically.
Car gets used on road and track and very happy with set up but bear in mind ride quality can be effected by wheel size and tyre.

4.67 transforms the auto into a more usable car and one of the best mods you can do to it. I can't comment on how it effects a manual.

Quick question, since the TD upgrade to turbo have you adjusted you suspension?

Booked Saturday and Sunday night as to far to drive back on the Sunday night.

HT Autos one Jeff. http://htautos.co.uk/product-category/gt86-frs/
I have been marking the sill and wanted one that would protect it without going for TRD style, plus if I cracked it, it was easier to replace.

Sounds good and add me on but might not have GT back as getting drivers side sill re sprayed from marks from wheelchair and lip body kit fitted

Exhaust back box has been changed and no extra brackets but beefed up welds.
If it cracks again will be following up refund which I discussed with parts guy at Litchfield. Seems they have had trouble dealing with Milltek but issues have been resolved.

Have you encountered any problems with your autobox?

No problems and working fine. Mike at TD was really impressed with box and I will be popping up to see him again as he wanted another play.

If someone gets around to organising a meet in our vicinity, I'll be happy to take you for a spin in mine so you can experience it, assuming you've not already anyway. Hasn't failed to impress anyone that's been out with me so far
@S18 RSGRoss, I was going to organise a meet middle of Feb Saturday 18th and meet up at Tewkesbury at the Brewers Faye just off jct 9 M5 near Porsche Garage.
Would you be up for meet?....say lunchtime
-
@MikeI spoke to Milltek today and they are aware of welds still cracking on the flexible pipe systems.
All the new ones will still have the flexi joint and will also have an extra strengthening bracket. Since all the issues they have there own GT to run systems on and tested the 'new improved' system.
I will let you know how get on when new system is fitted.
Lauren reacted to this -
Welcome aboard Adam, there are a few of us the forum from Cheltenham and will be organising a meet soon, most likely a lunchtime get together.
KW's are good and any advice on wheels there are plenty of threads with pics but best to see some in the flesh.

Did you go EL or UEL manifold btw? and was your Milltek catback or full system?
I will as not heard anything today and will follow up tomorrow as did not get chance with meetings.
I went for EL manifold and really pleased with results as another 25bhp with 35lbft torque at 4000 rpm and 10bhp at top end.
@Mike@TD.co.ukremapped to suit autobox and handcontrols, plus map for track and Toyota standard map.
I have full system including overpipe.
-
I will be following this up with them on Monday as understand person who deals with this Is back from holiday.
If I do manage a refund I will put Tuning Develpoments system on to match there manifold.
I agree that it's not right that they are still cracking and would be instresting to see how many have been changed.

Ross I have spoken to Alex Jaskowski are we are happy to share/help with meets as we are based in Cheltenham and had a chat about possible meets in Bristol/Cotswolds/Malverns/Wales?
From here there are some good routes down through to Abergavenny via Ross on Wye and could meet at the big carpark where the cafe is.
I am going on tour of the Morgan factory fairly soon and I can ask about group booking if anybody would be interested.

Flexi section is in my Milltek and weld still cracked. Pictures are being sent to Milltek by Litchfield for replacement as flexi section was supposed to of sorted cracking problem.
-
Mike, it was April last year and has been noisy for a month or so and Mike at TD noted it and took pic when they did the manifold this week.
-
Surprise surprise my Milltek has cracked weld at muffler/backbox.
So I will be on the phone to Litchfield for replacement on Tuesday morning!
