  1. Tuning Developments NA kit:

    Benefits:

-25% more torque at 3k rpm

    -classic Subaru rumble exhaust sound

    - passes MOT emissions test

    Includes:

    -UEL exhaust manifold

    -overpipe

    RRP £1495 with ecutek licence

£500 but you need to buy an ecutek licence to tune the car which I think is £150

done 2000 miles and will be on like 2500 once you collect it

you can probably take it to Mike at Tuning Developments and he would fit it and tune your car for like £300(including cost of ecutek licence) as a guess but definitely worth getting a real quote first. Or do it yourself for £500+ cost of ecutek licence so all in cost of £650 for yourself.

If you have a way to lift your car up it’s very easy to fit.

    -collection from basingstoke

-free in person delivery depending on location

    -delivery at your cost

only for sale once my AVO turbo kit is fitted as that is when it will be taken off my car. (13th december)

If you want it just send me a message and I will reserve it for you with no deposit, I will trust your sincerity and I will ask you to pay for it on the 13th of December.

    thanks :)

Off the top of my head -

Placement of the turbo. Which equates to:

Cleaner/simpler install with more of an OEM look

shorter length of the header pipework

(Turbo dependent) faster spooling and less lag

    lower centre of gravity

    lighter system

    Shorter oil/water feeds/returns

less hot exhaust pipe near the belts

less heat soak and better air flow as the turbo isn’t wedged up between the top of the engine and the bonnet

I’ve been buying on/off from Fensport for about 20 years, so if they use the AVO kit then I trust their knowledge/experience/opinion.

AVO’s kit is really well designed and built. I’ve seen/heard of quality issues on a number of other kits.

Lots of US tuners are also using the AVO kit and making lots of reliable power.

I only chose to go SC only as I thought the limited supplies of the Cosworth package along with their huge development/testing process (plus their name and reputation) meant it would retain more future value and in 20-30 years may even go up in value.

How many miles have u done with ur SC on and what’s ur review on it? Who fitted it for you also. What power u running ?

Rebuild to a fully forged 400hp engine was a few quid shy of £15k by Mike at TD (including K Sport Front BBK). Not to mention the other £5k loan per year to buy oil because I go through about a litre every couple days, and have to check it and top it up so often, it's a pain in the arse and I wouldn't recommend it at all

Did u only get this problem once u got a build engine? So running 290HP was fine? Well unless u went from stock straight to forged engine

This is the exact reason I have a used(like new) air setup in the garage ready for my Mini R56. In the uk there is so many opinions flying around RE air, where 90% of those people have never driven a car with it installed.  I’m looking to form my own opinions by installing it and giving it a go, if it’s rubbish I sell it for what I paid for it, but at least I know based on my own experience rather than someone else’s opinion.  Air isn’t all about stretched tyres and 3 piece wheels.  And if it’s any good I will be going for the same setup on my BRZ

Can you reply once you fit it I would like to hear your opinion

I’ve got one of these, it’s a really good fit and has faired really well to having muddy safety boots etc thrown in it. Also has the added bonus of being half the price of the official Toyota one.

Please can you show me it in your boot ??? Thanks so much

    Hi all,

I've currently got a pair of vland headlights for sale. They have been involved in a light front accident, the drivers side headlight has a few missing/broken brackets. The passenger side is in good condition. Both have light scratches that could potentially be removed with some TLC.

Both headlights work perfectly. Ideal for someone who would like to fix the brackets on the drivers side for a cheap set or need a replacement passenger side.

I can take more pictures if requested.

    I'm looking for £250 ono.

Collection available from West Midlands, Birmingham. I can post but for will be at extra cost.

    Thanks 🙂

Can we have a photo that clearly shows the damage, so I can decide if it’s something I have the skills to fix 😂 thanks

No as I originally had the res system changed the centre pipe to super res as found it a bit loud now Iv gone turbo Iv changed back so this is spare

Oh I understand, if you only had this super res and not the cat back would it sound different vs the stock resonator I was considering the super res + cat back but idk what just the super res would be like by itself and the stock exhaust system

(I’m going turbo on the 29th at TD but was planning on keeping my stock exhaust system just removing the CATS.. I’m curious what it would be like stock exhaust system minus the cats then this super res)

Depends what front lip you have and how low you are looking at going. I had a maxton lip and only dropped 15/20mm and it caught on everything, to the point it eventually broke.

    HT AUTOS front splitter.

To be honest I don’t know if coilovers are worth it as good ones are thousands + if I damage my front bumper that’s loads and I will be worried about driving to the point where I can’t just drive u know.

Its one of those things that “you wont know until you try” unfortunately.

Unless the road is quiet enough that you are able to stop at the lowest point then get out and measure?

If at stock ride height you are 1/2 an inch from scraping then you know you cant do a 1 inch drop in ride height without contact occurring.

Good idea I might try this but yeah finding a time when the road is empty might be tough

  11. Quick question,

where I live theirs a road that goes down hill and then has a trough bottom and goes up hill suddenly… I am scared if I get coil overs which lowers my car that I will scrape my front splitter at that trough point. My question is will coilovers making my suspension stiffer mean I won’t scrape my car because the car won’t rebound when I go from the point of driving down hill to up hill. The road is a 70mph road so a small scrape could destroy my front bumper etc so it’s a big deal breaker for if coilovers are for me where I live + I use this road daily.

    if that makes sense

    Thanks :)

Since I moved house, my weekly car miles have  really plummeted, so I would say a higher percentage of my driving time is driving "with enthusiasm"... and yet, strangely,  my average mpg is also showing 32.5 mpg. I wonder if Mark somehow pegs the computer at that, just to make us feel better about the blower!

My car is NA and I average 24.5MPG and that’s including my daily commute to work
