    BRZ for Modification

Certainly not the cheapest by any means but very well engineered and with a lifetime guarantee as long as I own the car I would have liked to have tried the non-res but not recommended by the company that imports the system into the UK. Just means the best of the noise is outside the car but hey ho its nearly summer so drop the windows And the brucy bonus is they are developing a supercharger so watch this space.......

    BRZ for Modification

May well be more responsive Richard - or it might have something to do with a tad more pressure on the loud pedal to hear that lovely noise!! Thinking of putting it on the rolling road when LADS (Subaru club) have there next meeting there. Will let you know the outcome

    BRZ for Modification

So, Supersprint exhaust has now been on a couple of days. Am more than happy with it :-D It's quite subtle and not intrusive into the car whilst driving. Put the power down and it does sound very nice. In many ways very similar to my old Impreza which had a Prodrive box fitted. Not got a sound bite yet as bit windy today but this video is a fair representation of sound Thanks to Richard and his team for a top job Jude

    Hello :)

Hi everybody I've been knocking around the 'other' forum for a while oblivious to the existence of this one until I visited RRG Macclesfield when I picked up a set of wheels & winter tyres for the BRZ, warm welcome by the team there despite driving the Scoob version! Mind you, one of the salemen did ask if I fancied a change lol Not changed much (yet) on the car just deciding which route to go down regarding the exhaust, want to get that Scooby burble released http://www.gt86.org.uk/forums/filedata/fetch?id=4549 Jude

    Climate Control

Thanks Lauren, must stop comparing the BRZ to how my old Impreza worked Just seems a little bizarre that the air con comes on when it's brass monkeys outside. I'll just run it in auto mode and not full auto and I'm sure I can manage to press the windscreen demist button when required!

    Climate Control

Just wondering if this is right or not. When I have the BRZ in full auto mode, the air con light is permanently on no matter what the temp is set at.The re-circ light goes on and off OK and I'm pretty certain the air con kicks in (& engine revs increase) even when warm air is being blown out.Any ideas?Jude

    Hello :)

More welcomes, thanks very much :+:So today I finally got round to ringing Cross Roads Subaru regarding the Pro-R exhaust. Final details will be released end of October/early November. Chris said that he'd driven the Stage 1 BRZ with the Pro-R goodies fitted and that the exhaust sounded pretty good. So for the sake of warranty friendliness looks like I will be going down this route. And in other news - my car stickers arrived today. Just in time for Lads (Lancashire & District Subaru Owners) meet on Sunday. Better get the car washed then, can't and daren't turn up in a dirty car!! :rolleyes:Have a great weekend allJude

    Hello :)

No, I'm in the North West but used Cross Roads to do a few bits on my Impreza whilst we were in between dealers up here. For some reason the Subaru dealers only stay open a couple of years, bit too much of a niche brand perhaps. If I recall - are Ballsal Common part of the Unity Group?

    Hello :)

Thanks Keethos :)I am pretty sure that there won't be issues with the engine unlike the 08-10 Impreza hatch which had chocolate pistons and Subaru very rarely accepted any claims under warranty for that fault.I will probably ring Cross Roads in the week as they are a little nearer the Ballsal Common and they too are very much into their upgrades
