I'd go with the 235 - I ran 235's on an 8" wheel on my last car and prefered it to when I tried a 225 tyre. The track tyres I have on a 7" wheel are 215 but are as wide as a normal road tyre in 225 and I really liked the way that rode and handled. I'll be going 235 on the 8" summers I'm getting.

I have had the text box issue too with words repeating or me getting half a word then the full word but always seemed to be when I was using a quote?

Yeah - on the home page the recent posts layout seems better than the unread posts layout because of the lack of the past hour, yesterday, etc headings.

Sam's should definitely see gains due to having a manifold which I didn't think anyone else who was na and ran had?

The easiest available duckbill is the trd ones. Tarmac sell a copy for about £130 which is a pretty popular choice.

The spoiler is a leg motorsport club sport duckbill in carbon. Price was around £450 and I got it direct from Japan. No fitting issues at all.

The ast's give a 30 mm drop but are rated as 25mm. Here is mine with them fitted:- Stock wheels:- Others:- On coilovers for comparison:-

I found my AST springs to be excellent and would happily recommend them.

That doesn't seem too bad for 20k - how was the foam holding up on the other side?

I'm pretty sure it's completely groundless but that oil on the maf thing has always put me off!
