    thank you Dave for giving Nigel a demo Nigel, we have some great news on the Avo front for 2015 there will be 4 different turbo specs Stage 1, Original turbo, 260 - 290 Stage 2, Original turbo + 3" exhaust, 280 - 320 ish Stage 3, Billet Turbo, 280 - 400 ish Stage 4, Larger Billet Turbo, larger intercooler and pipework, 400 upwards ( I'm hoping to crack 550 ) I'll start a thread and get specs, prices and pics asap Best Regards Adrian

    New Cosworth Supercharger.

    Some more info The Cosworth supercharger and intercooler setup is good for 380Bhp and 450Nm, changes are required to the standard engine rods and pistons well before this though as you’re aware. We do plan to offer a Cosworth bottom end at a later date and this will produce 330Bhp with the same supercharger and intercoolers as the 280 kit. There may also be a 380Bhp kit later. The higher power kit will also require pulley changes to achieve the supercharger gearing and increase belt width in order to drive the supercharger reliably. But the plan is make it all bolt on, so 280 bhp kit owners can upgrade as required without buying a new charger, intercooler, manifold etc The current 280 kit boosts at about 0.55-0.6Bar with the charger running at about 15,500rpm, the charger is good for 24,000 rpm for occasional use and rated to run at 20,000rpm continuously, Cosworth have run these units up to 28,000rpm with no issues Here's a graph of "in and out" temps

    Hi Matt, Yes the Cosworth stage 1.0 is now available Stage 1.0 Power Package includes: Cosworth High Flow Air Filter Cosworth Low Temperature Thermostat Cosworth Calibration Files & Ecutek License Exclusive Cosworth Car Badge The cost is £595 + vat and fitting is £100 + vat The only way we could tweak it for another exhaust is to have a Fensport remap on top which would work out as extra charge Cheers Adrian

    I had a good meeting yesterday at Cosworth sorting a few things out just to clarify a few things .... The stage 2 kit includes an Ecutek license so if you already have one you will not have to pay again, so £150 + vat deducted! All Cosworth parts will now be available seperately To get their "validated" power upgrade ie: 260bhp on stock exhaust, 280bhp on Cosworth exhaust you will require both thermostat and air filter. Cosworth calibrations for the stock exhaust and the Cosworth exhaust are included. The stage 2 supercharger kit can be fitted as a standalone solution and you can use whatever exhaust etc you wish, this set up will require a calibration which we will be able to supply a base map very soon. I'll get back to you with more specs as they are confirmed Hope that helps Adrian

We had a great day out at Ecutek today, thank you for fitting us in for a power run this afternoon Well pleased with the result ..... 421bhp and 350ft/lb torque You can see by the torque curve we are feeding the boost in progressively and running a maximum of 1 bar on the completely standard engine! 108 ron race fuel is used to prevent det. Using the Avo Billet Turbo kit and our own custom 3" Blitz exhaust along with Blitz panel filter in the standard airbox! and our fuel pump and 540cc injector upgrade pictures are better than words .....     Fuel System Upgrades

    Hi Everyone, Just to let you know we now have a very affordable solution to upgrading your fuel system for forced induction owners High Capacity Fuel pump kit GT86/BRZ £110.70 + vat 246 Litres Per Hour Simple installation Complete with 'O' rings and in tank filter. Also a High Capacity Port Injector Set £299 + vat 540cc (We can also supply 660, 770 & 1100 cc Injector kits, please enquire) A complete set of 4 port injectors with wiring tails and necessary seals. Injector sets are precisely flow matched to within 1%. Each injector within each set is individually numbered and results for each injector are listed on a detailed flow sheet included with the set. Injectors are flow tested and rated at 43.5psi (3Bar) at 90ºF fuel temperature using CF-16B calibration fluid. Superior short pulse width control and tight manufacturing tolerances make these injectors easy to tune and provide great driveability. Every injector is covered against failure caused by defects in original manufacture by our 12 month warranty. The injectors require you to change the injector plug on the wiring harness. This can be done by soldering in the pigtails (included) to replace the plugs currently on your harness. This is our preferred method of install due to limited space in the injector area. Hi everyone, We had this gorgeous orange GT86 owned by Peter Talos all the way from Hungary for Avo installation no 11 This one was fitted with Avo stage 2 kit including electronic boost control and 2 maps. map 1 is low boost, 0.45 bar and map 2 is high boost 0.65 bar ... switchable on the cruise control stalk. At the same time the clutch was upgraded with the Helix organic to take the torque, a Berk sports cat and Miltek system were also fitted. Suspension has also been upgraded with Koni shocks and Tein springs and of course the stunning Five Axis S5:F 18 inch alloys in gunmetal Our first LHD car, the kit fitted no problem at all and we and Peter were very pleased with the whole package Ready for surgery!     Fensport GT86R 2014 Upgrades :)

    Hi All, A *little* update on what's been happening to our GT86R this year (for those that haven't seen it at BHP or TSS) After finishing 2nd overall in the Toyota Sprint Series last year, Team Fensport have been very busy over the winter "off season". The aim was always to make the car significantly faster at the end of each year so changes for the 2014 season had to include more grip before more power!! The target? to get on top of the GT4's!!! First and most obvious is the fabulous Blitz Aerospeed wide arch kit as used on the Blitz Racing project Time Attack car and also Ken Nomura's Blitz Drift car in Japan. The kit was shipped over and we were so pleased with the perfect fit straight from the box! The Blitz kit allows for an 120mm track width on the rear and 110mm on the front. The arches have been cut out to provide more space for the new Rota 18 x 9.5" wheels which are clad in 265 wide Toyo R888's all round. Additional aero parts include custom front and rear canards, TRD aero fins, a higher rear wing and custom rear diffuser. Blitz Aerospeed test fitting The front bumper is a beautiful moulding, fits better than stock! and also can work with or without the front arch extensions Rear arch extension After test fitting the arch extensions we could cut out the original arches to make room for the 9.5 x 18 Rota Grid wheels You can see just how wide the 265 Toyo R888's are here The front end! Using an Mishimoto alloy rad and our own intercooler, we also added a modified front alloy bar (from a Lexus IS200) and have custom made air deflector shields and air intake. Before graphics Ready for graphics Graphics were designed in house by our expert graphic's designer who sometimes doubles up as a map man, mechanic, chief fixer, agony aunt, dogs body etc You have to have a plan! With the new found grip the team have also increased spring rates on the BC Racing external resevoir coilovers. Also upgraded is the Avo turbocharger to the billet version which offers the same incredible response alongside a 20% increase in airflow. The car has also been re mapped using Ecutek software to get the most out of the 108 ron race fuel, along with electronic "in gear" boost control which helps with traction in the lower gears. An M Factory Carbon propshaft has been fitted to reduce rotational mass. This is a prototype one and full details will be published shortly. 2014 Tech Spec Engine: Standard internals. Avo Billet turbo kit with custom 3" Blitz Nur Spec exhaust. Fensport Lightweight Pulley kit. Mapped by Fensport using Ecutek and Race Rom. Millers Nanotec 0w30 oil. Hel Oil cooler. Drivetrain: Helix lightweight steel flywheel, Helix uprated clutch cover and 4 paddle cerrametalic clutch plate, M factory carbon propshaft, M factory 4.4 final drive and 1.5 way plate LSD. Standard Gearbox. Chassis: BC Racing external resevoir coilover kit. S Wave adjustable rear suspension arms and front roll centre adjuster. SuperPro polyurethane bushes all round. Summit 3 point strut brace and 4 point lower brace, rear anti roll bar braces. Brakes: Front: Stoptech 4 pot calipers and 328mm discs with Ferodo DS2500 pads Rear: Stoptech grooved discs and Stoptech pads Hel brake lines and Millers racing brake fluid. Body: Blitz Aerospeed wide arch kit with side skirts. Custom front and rear canards, custom rear diffuser. carbon rear spoiler and carbon mirrors. Seibon carbon bonnet and boot lid. Plastics 4 Performance perspex windows. Track increased 110mm front and 120mm rear. Wheels & Tyres Rota Grid Drift 9.5 x 18 with Toyo R888 265/35/18 tyres. Safety: Custom Cages full FIA weld in cage. Corbeau Revolution seat. Luke 3" harness. Electric cut off, Racecar lithium battery, plumbed in extinguisher. 26/04/14 Pre season test at Blyton Park We headed off for their first test of the season just 1 day before the first round of the 2014 Toyota Sprint and GT86 Trophy series. Testing went fantastic with only shock absorbers, ride height and tyre pressures being adjusted in time for the 1st event. 27/04/14 Round 1 Toyota Sprint Series We couldn't of asked for a better start to the new season, after just 1 run, Adrian was reporting back and saying the car had incredible grip, great power and perfect balance.
