The key needs a lot of force to turn, I thought it didn't work either when I tried. I had to get a small Allen key and use it as leverage to turn it in the lock. This should help you get into the car, then pop the bonnet and get a charger on the battery!

Im with direct line and I'm 21. I got mines cheaper because I got my mum to also change to direct line and got the multicar policy!

True, but then I'm sure the sweet sound of the UEL rumble will get to me, and I'll have to have it! Performance wise, is it not only +- 5hp anyway, I'm sure I can live with that!

I've been toying with going down the route of FI anyway, so might just hold off and pay @Mike@TD.co.uk a visit hopefully soon. I think TD now offer EL & UEL unless I'm mistaken!

That's always handy to know. Would it not still fail on emissions though with no cats? The car wont need MOT'd for another 2 years anyway, but saves having to swap parts out come that time!

Ive got a custom built catback with secondary cat delete and 4" Titanium style tips. I asked the guys to put in a dummy cat so it may sneak past an MOT or visual inspection if needed. System is brutally loud on a cold start but once warm it purrs, and doesn't drone on the motorway whatsoever. Considering getting a decat manifold in the near future and maybe putting back in a HFC in the main pipe.
