Newbie to all this 

will i pass my mot with a decat manifold, decat front pipe and muffler delete?

if not what part would i need to change 1or 2 pipes so it passes??

Not legitimately. You’ll need at least one Catalytic Convertor to pass the emissions test.

The first Cat is part of the Manifold. The 2nd Cat is on the midpipe under the gearbox.
 

Probably the 2nd is cheaper to buy, easier to fit and then easier to remove again after your MOT if you want to go back to catless.

I just remembered I have a Factory 2nd cat out in the Garage that I removed from my car at 16k miles. Would sell it to you if you are interested. Just drop me an IM if you are (would need collecting from Reading)

Agree it'll pass with the 2nd cat as long as it's hot.

However, with a muffler delete it'll be stupid loud and that won't pass.  It's supposed to be no louder than stock.
