Looks a lot better! I was thinking of doing this the weekend, does the GT86 emblem completely cover the holes left by the Toyota badge?

Thanks! Yeah it actually perfectly covers up the two holes and the dimple behind the Toyota logo, it's as if it was meant to be!

They are nice, they look like they sit pretty flush? It looks like a good set-up off set and size!

I'm still on stock wheels, weighing up options at the moment it's good to see an example of size and offset, is yours lowered ?

Yep they are pretty much perfectly flush! 😁 It’s transformed the look of the car. They have a nice bit of concavity to them now too! What colour you going to go for?

Nope not lowered yet , that’ll probably be next! 😁

Nice, it seems that ET 35 is the way to go for offset, and I'm tempted by JR18's 17x8 in hyper black 😁

Definitely if you’re going for 8 inch wide ones! Nicee, JR18s and JR29s were my 2nd choices! Will look really good and won’t break the bank either! 😁

Yeah hopefully they look good, anything will look better than stock really, they are very reasonably priced aswell!

Did you have to mess around with camber bolts or anything when you fitted yours ?

Decided to tidy up the busy boot lid, quite happy! 🤙

How did you get the rest of the gunk/dirt off that is left behind? I've tried a few things now and I still have a 'ghost' of the two.

I'm really reluctant to reach for the T-cut (not good on metallic paint?!)

Wondering if it shows up more because my car is black 🙄

I just carefully picked the glue off, washed the car and used polish when detailing it to get rid of the ghosting, it did take a while aha, it may well be worse on black paint. A good polish should do it though 👍

I tried a product for the job but it just made the glue damp rather than anything. I actually found it was easier to rub it in to a clump with my fingers and then pick it off in big chunks and Polished the area after.
