High pressure Fuel pump chirp

Hi All, apologies if this is an old topic.

Does anyone know if there is a cure for the High pressure fuel pump chirp?

Mine seems to have developed this budgie and I have struggled to find anything conclusive online about a resolution, is it a case of just live with it?

Thanks Varelco I will have a look tonight and see which one I have fitted. It's not too bad at the moment but I know eventually its going to break me.
