Currently running a £29 halfords jobbie hidden in centre console and plugged into aux in with magnetic antenna mounted upside down in the boot (yes really). Works brilliantly, cost next to nothing and will do fine until (if) I decide to swap out the head unit. As far as I can tell there's no solution that gives you full integration with the stock head unit. Sucks, but there you go...
