(which is total shite) IMHO A quality car magazine is Car (obvious really). I read a whole range via the Readly app, so I get to see the very good and quite bad, Banzai and Chav Car don't appear in its lists. However, most 'quality' magazines have no real interest in the tuning market, so if Banzai is the best one that focuses on tuned Japanese cars, that's the one you should go for.
