  1. NOW SOLD Performance Friction PFC Front Z-Rated Compound Brake Pads Toyota GT86 & Subaru BRZ Will now take £80. Located in Southampton, UK. Collection or postage to UK (additional cost for postage). Brand new condition, unused. Selling due to having to regretably sell my GT86 as our family has expanded. These were backup pads that I had for the next change. Arguably the best street / fast road pad for Subaru BRZ & Toyota GT86. Originally bought from Part Box: https://www.part-box.com/product/performance-friction-pfc-front-z-rated-compound-brake-pads-toyota-gt86-amp-subaru-brz-0929-10/ Any questions please ask. Thanks.

Any more progression Booboo? Your story sounds extremely similar to mine with a very prominent clunking noise when going slowly over slightly uneven road and small bumps. Similarly I can also recreate the noise by bouncing the front of the car. I also have the Ohlins SUSMP21 kit and the Ohlins adjustable top mounts. After many hours checking torques and trying to find any clues I took it up to Ohlins at Silverstone to get the shocks refurbished with new bushes (at expense) and it made no difference. Dyno showed shocks were fine. Since then I've gone back to stock top mounts and it's definitely lessened the noise, however I can tell it is still there. I think the stock top mounts dampen the noise with the rubber material in contact with the chassis, compared to the metal-metal contact of the ohlins. So it's more bearable to drive but not a long term solution as I know it's still there and I have no camber adjustment. ARB bushes seem fine but I haven't tried replacing these. Whiteline droplinks are fairly new also. This is an issue that several others have reported with the ohlins kit (perhaps no coincidence?) but no definitive answers that I've seen. I'm almost at the point of switching to alternative kits, but it seems such a shame to downgrade from the ohlins shocks and isn't necessarily a guaranteed fix. I might try sticking the Ohlins top mounts back on and try recording a video under the wheel arch to see if that can give any more clues.
