wtf are the floodlights for then except distracting you when you drive past them! I've heard similar about the average thing but lets face it, most people do a constant speed through them all so the averages between any 2 are probably similar

They probably know where the cameras are and may be stopping between cameras or coming off at a junction before the next one etc. Speaking of the average speed cameras, I've noticed only certain ones have a set of floodlights about 10m before them pointing across the road but slightly towards oncoming traffic. Assuming they're for lighting up number plates so the cameras can work, I'd say not all average cameras are in use.

Turns out we ended up on the section for northern ireland which is different to mainland GB which explains why no one knew about the supposed limit For anyone interested, in NI it's 45mph regardless of who is driving, the limiting factor is L plates on the car. I think the black looks good on the GTR and on the GT86 but with the black roof. If you're keeping the roof red, I'd say go for red...

Usually switch mine on when de-icing the car in winter then they're nice and warm when I get in. Well worth the price and I find them comfier than the cloth

Yep, same for me. Revs drop slightly at traffic, little judder and it goes up.

If I find myself behind someone going way below the speed limit when there's no traffic I just back off completely now. Most of the time it's someone rather old and clearly not confident at driving over 30mph.

Might try out Aviva despite hating their adverts after Christmas when I'll have had my license for 3 years. From quotes I've done, it appears to make quite a difference to the price as well as getting more options for insurance companies. Despite changing half through a year (so no increase in NCD), I'll be saving around 35% even with some planned mods added on.

I've just got round to getting a PS4 and FIFA 15 to tie me over until Project Cars comes out or possibly GTA V even though I played it on PS3... I can't really justify a gaming PC anymore due to costs and how often you'd need to upgrade it. My current PC is 4 and half years old and only thing I've done with it is a bigger SSD in it.
