Hello fellow GT86 drivers,
2 months ago I got my new GT86 and I love it.
Since I need to use my phone as a navigator with Waze, I purchased a smartphone holder from Hama, one of those that you can attach to the air vent.
Problem is, I just used it for a short while, but then when I removed it, I noticed some small scratches up and down the air vent on the dashboard.
You can see in pictures what I mean.
The scratches are caused by the sharp edges of this shitty telephone holder.
Now I placed 2 sticky tampons on the back of the holder so to avoid this problem in the future, but damage is done already.
In photo the scratches seem very small, but in light they are visible.
And as you can imagine, I am pretty pissed off.
A shitty smartphone holder scratched my new 30k+ car, bought with many work and sacrifices.
I am thinking to write to Hama and pretend a damage refund due to their faulty product,
apart from this,
do you know if there is a way to repair these scratches, and make the dashboard look brand new?
Any other suggestion also appreciated.
