You would be on show and you need to book a place before the 11th of August. It's only £15 so you could book and just have the option. The advantage of booking is that passengers are free where as if you enter as a member of the public, each person will need to pay. I won't be on track either as I don't trust people on action days!

Is anybody interested in getting a little stand for the Forge Action Day at Castle Combe on the 9th September? As the day is an Action Day there will be track time available for those who want it. The track time is £15 for 30 minutes for those interested and can be bought in advance or on the day. There is also some trade stands and a Drift display at mid-day in addition to a show and shine if you're interested. This was just an idea as my car comes the week before the event and I'd like to get out with it and something like this would be a good chance to meet more of you. I know there's a few members around Swindon, Bath, Bristol meaning it wouldn't be far away and we could get a couple of cars. It would be £15 for the day which includes the entry for your car, entry for driver and up to 3 passengers. Really good value considering as a spectator it's £15 per adult! Club entries need to be in by the 9th August latest so we've got some time. In summary it's £15 for entry, including being able to show and up to 3 passengers, it's then an additional £15 for each track session if you choose to go out. Is anybody interested? Lets try and get a group going to one of the last events of the year!

Are any of you interested in joining me on stand at the Castle Combe Forge action day on the 9th September? I've got a stand under the clubs name and thought as Combe is close for us all you might like to come. I'm also from Swindon and my BRZ is coming at the beggining of Septmeber so it'll be a nice event to meet you all at. Tickets are only £15 and allow you to have up to 3 free passengers as well as your car on show all day.

Good news!! I've managed to organise a stand for the Forge Action Day at Castle Combe on the 9th September for anyone that wants to come! You will need to follow the instructions below and purchase a club pass which is your entry for the day (allows up to 3 passengers to enter for free!). The day is only £15 to club members and is really worth the money. As a club member you will also be able to go on track at a reduced rate. Castle Combe always manage to put on a good day with several manufacture stands, drifting displays, stalls, food and more, there's also the opportunity to go on track if you wish to. This is where you'll have the option to book any track time to. 3. Proceed through the booking and enter our Club code TASDC to become associated with our stand. The deadline is 11th August so please book before then. Everyone is welcome, lets try and get a few cars and make a day of the event. I'm aware there are a couple of cars in Swindon, Bath, Bristol and other some what local areas to Castle Combe so it would be a good opportunity for the more local members to socialise.

Hello, I'm a new member based in Swindon and have recently ordered a blue BRZ which is being delivered in September! I met the bulk of the club at the Silverstone Japfest where I had my MK1 MX-5 on show and had a good chat about the different exhaust options and more. I've also met a white GT86 and two black ones at a local meet by Mannington Roundabout in Swindon who encouraged me to join the forum. After looking lots as a guest I've decided to join and get involved. I'm looking forward to getting involved with the club and attending events in the car when it finally comes! Feels like so long away ....

Yes Simsons are great! @spikyone I think I've seen your car going around. I know of a white one, a grey which I presume is yours and there's a few black ones about. It'll be good to meet you and the others. Until mine arrives I'm driving a silver Forester XT turbo, I'll keep and eye out for you.

Yes it's a new shape BRZ! I preferred it as well and Subaru offered a really good deal, it was hard to resist aha. I'll make sure I post some pictures of it when it arrives to.
