If you know RAYS, you know that 57DR are not in the catalog with 5x100 PCD and Bronze colour which makes them very rare! We have a set of 18x8.5 ET37 coming in later this month and it is going to be the only set available, ever!

Make sure you don't hesitate when it comes to buying this set of wheels, because it is a very rare spec.

Frankly, you will struggle with passing emissions, however..there are MOT garages that will pass you.. Though generally speaking, it won't pass.

Car recommendation? 09+ Volkswagen Polo 6R or Up! They are nice little cars for your girlfriend. £3.5k can get you a reasonable car. I had the 6R Polo as my first car and I was really happy with it (except the power ). Or Seat/Skoda alternatives.

I got rid of mine when installing a new intake. The intake makes some noise too, so blanking the plug didn't make a lot of difference. I'm not sure how different it is on a stock intake.

Don't waste money on an intake kit. HKS drop in panel filter if anything. Exhaust, too expensive to get in the UK, HKS system would be a nice alternative.

Start with exhaust / suspension. 18" wheels will require lowered ride height if you want it to look decent, also something like 9.5J wheels will probably require coilovers, depending on the offset it might rub on the stock strut.

HKS/Tuning Developments/Cobra cat-less manifold would be the first noticeable power mod you can do, especially when it unlocks the possibility of a remap from Tuning Developments.

Either way, I did this: Panel filter > exhaust > suspension > wheels & tyres
