Fitting the Fensport Rear Lower Bumper Diffuser, tools required phillips screwdriver & drill.
Remove these plugs
You should remove the four in the middle & two outside ones
When fitting the diffuser start with the outside clips (you are supplied with new screws but I managed to fit the original clips)
Drill hole

Yes Mark.

My car passed the MOT emission test with the berk catted front pipe so cant see why the s/c car wouldn't.

Might not be the best of video quality, but could be a cheap alternative for track day video.

While filling up the car yesterday I noticed that the front wing was bowing out where the door meets, this only seems to have happened since snetterton, got home & looked on the pc & found this http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56892 so its not just me.
Check your cars & let me know if you have the same issue.

Keith luckily for me the Toyota dealer I purchased my car from has a good friend of Adrian's working there, He has looked at my car & suggested some modifications to Adrian.
It was him who told me that the manifold gasket was blowing & it was also leaking before & after the turbo, When the kit was installed I opted for the upgraded gaskets, now I don't know how many came with the kit
but from what Ive been reading you don't get a manifold one with the kit, also in November AVO released a new gasket kit & studs that I guess my kit wont have.
Its also been suggested that you use some RTV Silicone Permatex Ultra Copper with the gaskets.BTW over pipe is Milltek & Berk catted front pipe with ark grip cat back.

same shocking parking attempts here.

Glad you got back ok Ian, I tried to keep you in my sights for as long as i could in case your car completely died! Let us know the verdict on it when you can!
Been into Toyota today the car is leaking from four places, blowing at the head, before & after the turbo one of the gaskets is completely missing, not great for my first track day since going turbo & in the wet.

Great idea Rob, will add the pics im after tomorrow
-
Hope you all have a great time, but I think its best if I leave my car at home today, see you at the next one
-
Like most things, it probably sounds far worse than it actually is!
very true, just a pain though.
-
Thanks Rob,
car doesn't sound good at all, could be just a simple fix like the exhaust leaking, wont know until its been looked at, not sure if I have any boost at all, cant hear the dump valve but that might be just because of all the noise the cars making, I'll take the car for a spin tomorrow & see how it is.

The oil cooler does have a built in thermostat.
-
yes I agree with lauren ive only purchased this because of the two track days booked so far, I just don't want to risk anything, Adrain converted the 210f temperature into Celsius & said it was fine.
Keith ive a more to do list also, Fensport have just got those door mirrors in im after, every other colour except orange
-
Had a new oil cooler fitted today at fensport, oil temp before was 210F , now 178F so not bad well pleased with the results.
Also had the car remapped with the latest Ecutek software, at first I thought all the extra power was up the top end, but once off the motorway & driving in town you can feel the difference its so much better

While I love my car i've always felt it was over priced for what is was & some could argue under powered, with the new Audi TT coming out soon if Toyota don't improve the quality/ power of the car sales will only get worse.
