If you have to take the door card off again, could I suggest that you remove the Scotchlock and solder the connection properly.
(Scotchlocks are a bodge - they eventually fail due to the vibration of the car, and they risk cutting through the cable that you're tapping into, reducing its current carrying capacity).

Doesn't the satnav function require a separate hardware module, and not just a licence for the standard head unit?

I had mine replaced under warranty last week due to delamination - car is just over 3 years old.
Good to know that my local dealership is not the only one where the Service Department never seems to answer the phone (or call you back if you leave a message)!

The other thing which you need to take into account with the warranty is whether the car has always been serviced in accordance with Toyota's schedule. Shouldn't be an issue if you're planning to buy from a Toyota dealer, but worth checking nonetheless.

I'm a relatively new owner of a 2103 car. Is there any documentation about the difference in warranty cover between years 1-3, and years 4 and 5? I haven't been able to find anything - just the mentions of a "5 year warranty". (I'm only at 16k miles, so nowhere a 60k limit).

My E93 M3 has a service pack on it, but as it was going in to the BMW dealer for a "Vehicle Inspection" recently, I thought that I might pay for an extra oil change myself.
The quote for an oil change and micro filter? £461. -

I'm afraid that they're now sitting in my garage waiting until I get a chance to fit them.

Hi
Do these have all the various fixings that come with them to attach them to the car?

Daily driver (60 mile round trip commute) for me - and I'm finding it much more fun to drive than my toy/weekend M3.
