  1. I second the heat gun option, be very careful with the heat though, it's better to keep bigger distance and elongate exposure rather than getting up close and risking overheating the plastic. If you do overheat it too much the effect will last a couple of weeks after which you'll observe a lot of fading and marking on the cured plastic. I'd also treat it with olive oil as the last step. You want this to be your last resort if rubbing away doesn't fix it.

  2. Looks like I've been beat to it - all you'd have to do is go into settings and set up your messaging app to not convert messages into MMS - I've been on three for years now and I still constantly text people with emojiis included and it's not been at all an extra expense for me.

EDIT: Rather than capping any of the extra expenses through your provider you can also just mess with the MMS settings so that it loses connection with the server - at least this way you'll never send an unintentional message.

  3. @Lauren, I've had a similar issue and just rung them up through their Customer Service (phone number on the back of the card, use saynoto870.com to save on expensive phonecalls)  got everything sorted within an instant and they even transferred my points from two cards onto one with no problem!

Good shout on the offer, I shall dig up that useless app and save some money!

  4. I wouldn't opt for the windscreen solution - it's a massive eyesore for the boys in blue.

I too sport such plate holder (Ordered from tarmac), never ever have I had any problems - it's legally placed and the 12x6 letter sizing is not enough to make anyone stop with a ruler to stick a fine at me. You're much more likely to get pulled over if you obscure what the plate should read with screws and funky fonts.

  5. They held this last year in Middle Claydon I attended with Fitment Junkies, was a very good day out, especially during car limbo competition when they stuck 17 people inside&outside of this S15 to lower it. Had people jumping on the bonnet and everything, provided us with many laughs!

    Hey Sosig,

Im very interested in the header as have been looking for one for a while. I'd love a couple of photos if possible and how many miles it has done on your old car. Is it in good condition and has it got any heat protection?

    Thanks!
    Harry.

    +1 ;')

  7. In that case I looking forward to hearing more of your feedback after comparing with such machines as my previous experience doesn't stretch at all into performance car direction!

But now complaining about the ICE system in the twins sounds a bit silly - surely it must be one thing that you've improved on already! 😂 In all seriousness though, if it's a simple quick upgrade you're after then I'd give the Focal IS165TOY a try, many swear by them as a very good and very easy step up.

  8. How does one spend 880hrs on PD2?!

I've struggled with that game after around five six hours but I guess that was caused by lack of good teammates...

I've spent my fair share on TeamFortress2 back when it wasn't free and full of kids and a handful of Battlefield titles. But it's Live for Speed that could only keep me coming back to gaming!

Didn't expect to see a gaming thread, but why not :)

Rig was good when I built it 4 years ago, but starting to struggle with newer titles.

I don't play much PvP, because I'm not good enough. :D

In the last 12 months mainly been playing Elite Dangerous, TC R6 Siege, TC Ghost Recon Wildlands, The Division, PAYDAY 2. Long term, PD2 is definitely the one I've sunk the most time into (880Hrs :o). Currently looking through the Steam Summer Sale - Always dangerous!!
