Be careful what you do with those gadgets, they leave multiple error codes in the ECUs. Thanks Rich Haven't seen any codes but will keep a careful eye on it. It reads only. Can clear DTC but don't intend to use that feature Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

By transformed do you mean just way more grip? This is what I'm after because right now supercharger + primacies + winter = quite dangerous. Yes way more grip. Only sliding when I want to. More composed in the wet, more steering weight/feedback. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Had a play with the OBD gauge yesterday and very impressed. Can now keep an eye on temps and codes without having to use my phone. Will find somewhere more permanent to fit it to in the next few days and post full details. It allows you to monitor 6 obd parameters simultaneously (many to choose from). Also tracks fuel consumption and cost, data logs, code scanner. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

GT86 Snow driving - hints please!

Had my first snow drive in the 86 yesterday. 1. Struggled to reverse off my slopped drive even with Traction control off 2. Slowly progressed down our hill, tested brakes before bottom. They locked. Slid at very low speed for a fair distance nearly hitting a parked car 3. Sliding built up a bit of snow in front of the tyres so then couldn't get moving down the hill again until I wheel spun the snow out of the way. In summary, it was entertaining considering only half an inch of snow. I have a lot of snow driving experience (worked in Finland for a winter) but this was my first attempt with RWD. In heavy snow it will be staying on the drive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Think you are taking the right approach, you have given him a chance to do the decent thing. If he doesn't do it then he needs to accept there will be legal consequences Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    The Exhaust Thread

I ended up keeping the exhaust stock other than removing the second cat and the foam out of the sound tube. Gives it a bit more bark inside and out. But no drone and doesn't make the neighbours cry Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    The Exhaust Thread

I had a buddyclub prospec on my last EP3 Type R. My hearing hasn't been right ever since.. it was mental loud (in a good way) but I used to do 200 mile journeys in it. The drone killed my ears Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Smudge's V8 update

Sounds like the behaviour you typically see from a trader out of his depth in terms of volume and/or complexity of work taken on. At this point people will lie and decide to hide their inadequacies as a defence mechanism, hiding the failure. Sorry to hear this happened to you mate, but 100% sure the pain and hassle will be worth it next year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Who's buying a new GT86?!

??? The new cluster looks terrible! That rectangle in circles clash just jars. From a design point of view that is horrid on many levels. Offset rectangle in a circle .. nasty Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
