So that's now a fully forged kit unlike the kit Jordan had?
-
what's with the #Meaty86 on the sign up list?
-
does this overwrite the standard traction control system? or does it force the factory system to off and then you change the map to the traction control level you want?
-
does the noise get louder the faster you go? couple months after I got mine it started whining that got louder the faster I went, turns out it was 400ml short of oil and done a bearing

I did have, though those advertisements have expired now.
£15k is such a tempting price, but I don't have those funds available

1 hour ago, Lauren said:An SE Lux is a BRZ. All GT86's (bar the 27 odd Primo versions) had this spec, though heated seats with leather/alcantara or full leather were options. It's worth having the leather/alcantara option btw. All GT86's had bluetooth and a better head unit than the BRZ. Check out the differences in dash as well as the BRZ had a more poverty spec instrumentation panel compared to the GT86.
how does the BRZ have a more poverty spec instrument panel? it displays exactly the same information, only difference is the gt86 has white dials...

could also include info on how to check if it's been remapped via the cruise control stick

You say no ebay links but what if the rest of the ad complies with the rules, can the ebay link not be included at the end? (I'm guessing maybe you meant no posts that just links to ebay)

I doubt it, will still happen as not everyone reads the rules

a nice set of goodies, one thing I've just remembered after reading these updates... is there anything new yet on the suspension front?

Brakes
in Mechanical
12 hours ago, Sighe98 said:I do apologise for my pedal sinking comment relating to brake pads, of course its fluid related, what a rookie comment. The pedal seemed to be a lot better when driving it today, perhaps it's self adjusted. However I may try the Millers racing 300 which TTR mentioned, again we run this in the Mazda and it transformed it!
if you have boiled the fluids then normal braking will still feel ok up to a certain point and then the pedal will just go to the floor again (under heavy braking) I've currently got that on my vx220, boiled the brakes at curborough and for just driving around town the brakes are fine but if I have to emergency brake I'd be opting to use the handbrake to try and stop in time

why does fitting an armrest change the need to change connection from usb to bluetooth? there should be a cable passthrough to stop it getting trapped and squished if that was the reason?
-
the dealers wont give you any extra value due to the tuning package so if you can I'd say remove it and sell separately to recoup some of your money

looking for my sw20, currently don't have a brz, how do I get the discount?
-
all the parts I want are too much except; 52009-AK002 - is that included in the black friday sale at all?
-
any chance of doing this again in the new year? can't afford to get anything like this right now

pro tip; the car will not lock with keys inside it. if you leave the keys on the seat and close the door then try pressing on the handle where you'd normally lock the car and it will beep at you which is to warn you the keys are still in the car and that it wont lock

I had mine for 2 years and the only thing that broke was diff bearings due to the oil level being low (previous owner had taken the diff apart and most likely not topped it up fully)
so you'll be fine, unlikely to break anything expensive

The next episode is a mustang then a Saab after that.
I'd happily take less downforce if it meant the car looked a lot better

not watched it but seen a pic of the cossie and the extra wing looked bloody ridiculous
